“Great service and they give you a coupon for a free car wash. The staff in the garage were very friendly and pointed out additional things besides the oil change that they recommended - but I didn’t feel pressured. Just that they were making suggestions based on noticing that my filter was very dirty and some other important maintence items. Highly recommend using them and will certainly do so myself next time. Believe it or not, I accidentally forgot to leave the car key ?? and went for a walk. The mechanic, Pascual, called and even offered to come find me to get the key. That’s great service. I ended up just walking back with it - but the offer was gracious and very much appreciated. Well above and beyond what I expected.”

“I brought my MBE350 in after the check engine light went on. Mark and his dad took my car in and explained about their diagnostic fee. It was a small price to pay to find out what codes needed to be addressed in my car. The car returned a clean diagnostic report and neither Mark nor his Dad tried to upsell me. They were honest and ethical. I will certainly bring my car if I need future repair because I trust these guys. Now I see why they have such a high Google review!”

“Don't even bother going anywhere else! I've been going to Bovan's for all repairs and maintenance for the last 4 years. They are trustworthy (yes really!) and never try to make you do more repairs than what you actually need. They always have my car done way faster than I expect and the customer service is terrific! “First time on the place, I was impressed on how the staff is friendly and polite you don't see that often. Very fast service, did an oil change (they have all types and brands, I was looking to get high mileage Mobil 1 and they had it), they check everything all fluids and tires air. They put a sticker inside your car so you remember when you need to change your oil again. You also get a free hand wash! Cashier is quick and they don't try to upsell you stuff you don't need. They have a waiting area or you can stick around while they work and ask questions and they answer very professional. I saw a few cars and they move fast as they can do multiple cars at the same time. Price is reasonable you can call and ask before, they are open every day!”

“Amazing staff. Explained everything perfectly. Now for Remedy Destination, Customer to customer I believe you should do your research, right. When you call or you go in person to valvoline they tell you what the prices are for what ever oil you want use and if I’m not mistaken, Jiffy Lube and Valvoline prices are exactly alike except when you call they already tell you that you can apply a coupon or that they will apply a coupon for you. On your receipt from valvoline it shows you received synthetic blend plus they apply a $16 coupon +2.44 off of that service. Now for jiffy lube receipt you paid for full synthetic which is a better oil then what you got a valvoline which of course would be more expensive. Therefore your getting a better service, better quality, and a longer oil life.”

“The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”

“This is my go to auto shop for everything, I live close by and I've been going here for about 2-3 years and they have always been so kind to me. They have helped me with many things such as oil change, inspection, tire rotation, checking the breaks, and even helping me when rats chewed my cabled and my car wouldn't run. One of the workers even came on his moped a few blocks to meet me and turn on my spark plug so that I didn't have to get another expensive tow. I will probably go here for as long as I have a car. Highly recommend. Hispanics and cars are always a good mix!”
