“I cannot say enough superlatives about this business and the mechanic, Harris. On the way to Queens from Connecticut on a Saturday morning the front end of my car cratered on a declivity on the Van Wyck. Smoke began pouring out of the front end, with difficulty steering and worrisome noise. My wife was terrified. We managed to get to Woodhaven Blvd. where, thankfully, we found the Woodhaven Service Center open for business. Harris promptly inspected the car and diagnosed the left front shock that had deteriorated and collapsed into the tire, and stripped it down to the metal belt. On the lift, he gave us a detailed report on several serious front end and other problems and took the car in right away for repair that day. He got the parts and got us going in a few hours. His response was quick and a lifesaver for us, as we were able to get our business done in Queens and get back home. Harris was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I cannot recommend Harris and this business highly enough.”
