I had a wonderful experience in the store. The workers there explain everything very clearly. This is the only T-Mobile store around the area that help me switch my Sprint service to T-Mobile. I am extremely grateful for their help.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. My 82 yr old Grandmother went alone twice to this location just to make her monthly payments which she likes to do cash and they changed her plan without her knowing what's going on. They cancelled her phone number and gave her a new plan, and then it turns out she owes like $250... (she had a prepaid plan) How do you end up with that?? They also suspended her account for non payment despite having receipts of her monthly payments. I call customer service and they tell me they can't find her in the system and tell me to go to a store, I go to this same store and they tell me to call... This is ridiculous. I understand someone making a mistake, we're all human and it happens, but you can't brush people off and especially make them pay for your mistake. The Tmobile representative at this store told me how tired she aw and slouched over her desk the entire time I was speaking to her. She also told me she "couldn't deal with the issue right now" because they're closing in 30 mins. If this were to happen to me whatever, but if this is the way they're treating the elderly... DISGUSTING. Do better tmobile.

I have been going to this particular store for years due to their manager, actually i would follow her from store to store if i had to (again) Her customer service is like no other, I have never had an issue, she couldn't help me with. And the rest of her staff has always been welcoming and helpful. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Horrible service not appropriate for Spring company and money they charges for service. They never change our family plan now we get like 300$ bill for that we paid already. I went to store 2 times they said will change it and cut the bill but never did it.

Sprint is bad, and this location highlights that. They will give you the run-around, unless you are visiting to be indoctrined into additional monthly cost scam-plans. If you want actual customer service, switch to t-mobile or at+t (and that's saying something) unless you like being sent to stores that won't have what you want.

This is by far the worst Sprint (3rd party store) I've been to, and I have been to quite a few. For anyone considering joining Sprint... Don't. But if you still feel compelled to do so, avoid all 3rd party stores, and visit a corporate store instead. I dealt with most of the employees at this location (Christopher, David, Roger), and they're all collectively useless. I needed to return a phone I purchased there, and after multiple attempts of trying to get some help, I had to get matters into my own hands and do it myself. Even from the beginning, the employee (Christopher) was unable to process my order, I had to get on the phone with corporate myself in front of him just to be able to buy the phone. I actually fell sorry for his being so incompetent. I understand these people must have little to no education, but a little common sense and logic would definitely come in handy. Anyway, my solid advice is to avoid Sprint (if you already have ATT or Verizon). Their "unlimited" data drops and lags, and it's not reliable at all. Call reception is inferior compared to ATT and Verizon. Also, avoid this store, unless you want to be "helped" by mediocre halfwits who can't even get a product returned for you. Never will visit again, and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know about my bad experience. Shame on the owner, and shame on Sprint for allowing these morons carry their name.
