Asian lady working there has terrible manners and was RUDE and yelled at me for trying to open the self service door saying “Did I call you up here?”. The service here is terrible along with the employee. Can’t even show decent respect to customers. Do better with employee training.

So many of my letters and tracked envelopes say delivered but aren't. I'm seriously starting to think the carrier is stealing my envelopes because they contain collectables. I've filled a report because I have videos of nothing being put in my locked mailboxes and being marked delivered. Sad you can't even trust a federal mailing service.

You’re better off sending off your packages through UPS. The customer service is always with an attitude and service is always very slow. They don’t deserve bussiness any more. I’ve noticed this type of attitude state and nationwide.

No kiosk, so I go to the window to ask for postcard stamps. They don’t have it, so I leave. Frustrating enough that I’m giving this place 1*.

I’ve nothing but excellent service here. I live in Woodside & choose to use this exceptional location. Lines are generally short, if not the well trained staff move the line with expert precision. What I do find is unprepared customers who hold up lines & feel they are entitled to unreasonable requests. BRING YOUR OWN SUPPLIES or be prepared to pay for them. Keep up the wonderful work!

Do the supervisor of this location even read or care about customer reviews? If not, tell me one day that this location opens its door on time, which is 8:30 am. If you are so kind, please value somebody else time as well. Opening store 5 minutes late every single day means 30 minutes late per week and 2 hours late per month. Got it???

Has to be THE worst PO in the US
Could give lots of examples but 2 probably enough
1. CONSTANTLY change delivery timeframe from AM to PM, often to next day, often ends up moving to Monday
2. Time before last they actually provided a reason as "Can't access the building". I mean really? Not like there's protests there - quiet res nhood. I walked down soon after seeing the update and it calm and empty downstairs

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. I ordered discounted forever stamps which I never received. Now I am out $45.00 and no stamps. I contacted them and they insisted that the stamps were delivered even sending a tracking notice saying they were delivered. I contacted after doing my own tracking which stated they were delivered however I never received them. They obviously do not believe me because there has been no response from them. I think they are scamming people for discounted forever stamps. Please never use them for any discounted stamps. Signed, OUT $ 45.00

Poorly managed location. Frequently only one window is available. Most supplies are kept with the clerks, creating unneccesary lag time and multiple trips to the window. The manager appears when he can be bothered to help, and he doesn't know where to get the supplies you ask for. Just go to UPS a little furrher up the road if you need to ship packages. They'll get you taken care of in half the time.

I’ve been going to this post office for years and all the employees always been nice. I never had issues with anything at this location. Lines are never that long. Today I went in to deal with one of the issues I was having amazing person named Judy was so helpful, kind and supportive. I am really glad she got to help me out today.
