The manager is the only one working today 2/24/2026 and she is sick a pleasant lady. Greets everyone and very accommodating even though she is the only one working. 5/5 customer service

Came to get a package with my mom, and the woman here (didnt get her name) was very kind and welcoming. Her service made the visit easy and fast. Thank you, definitely recommend this location!

This USPS in Rego Park is 5/5. I was in and out to drop off a package with a QR code. They took the recycled box (make sure no writing or barcodes) without any issues. It can get busy so I would recommend going during non peak hours and avoid going right before closing. Highly recommend this USPS over the one in Woodhaven.
