Entire service experience was quick and efficient. Everyone I came across said, ‘good morning’. A simple gesture, but very positive and welcoming. A nice touch in a world that seems to have lost its humanity. Very happy to be a patron.

I had a minor maintenance appointment. Service people were friendly and helpful. They got me in and out quickly and the communication was great. I was able to accept or decline their recommended services via a simple text. Their use of tech is really good.

Jay was great! Friendly, not pushy, knew the product inside and out. They did not have the Atlas that I wanted- but he found it for me. I have had 3 other Volkswagens and Cooley is the only place to go for sales and service!
