“If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop, Red Mill Auto Collision is for you! Unfortunately, I had an accident and needed to repair my vehicle. Our car was submitted on Nov 2023 and checked out Feb 2024. I know I can't believe it still! I mean, can you? Red Mill Auto took our car, not expecting it either. However, that did not stop them from doing an excellent job with our vehicle. They were patient, kept us as calm as we could be, they kept us abreast with every necessary communication. Most importantly, they were so kind and understanding of our situation. It's almost like we became family and bonded through this hard time. The parts needed from the company were on backorder, and they could not do much other than wait. “This Place is amazing. I came hours from home, took train to Albany to pick up a truck my uncle was letting me borrow. When I got to Albany my uncle said the red tape over the broken taillight blew off. I stopped at Riverside Auto an hour after they closed to grab some tape. I didn't know they were closed till the lady told me. By the way, she didn't tell me they were closed till after she was already helping me. Without hesitation she opened the doors and let me in and got the tape for me. This is the way business used to work. The normal here makes them the exception. Life savers. Otherwise I would have had to chance being stopped for the taillight.”

I’m so stunned at the generosity and kindness of these gentlemen!None of them knew it was my birthday either, that I just had to cancel plans, and had waited 3 hours for a tow truck!
