I had a laundry list of repairs / preventative maintenance I wanted done on my 05 4Runner. Kevin made sure to go down the list and explain why XYZ is or isn't necessary, and what products would be used for the install. I never felt robbed or cheated on the price, and did my due diligence online beforehand on what I should expect with a quote. Kevin was right where I expected it to be. After deciding to leave a competitor, after multiple made, confirmed and subsequently cancelled appointments, I made an online appointment with Monroe and prayed. Well, in the shop to on the lift, 5 minutes. Inspected and out in 30 minutes. Great experience. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. I've had mixed experiences with Monroe but the Rensselaer shop is doing it right.”

“I'm in the same situation as a customer downstairs. I also ordered two tires. On the day of my scheduled installation, they said one tire had arrived, but the other was delayed, so they couldn't install them. I waited for about a week, but the second tire still hadn't arrived. During that week, I contacted customer service, but they didn't resolve the issue at all. So I canceled the order. I placed another order for two tires, but the result was the same: one arrived, and the other was delayed. I thought they would ship both tires together, so why did only one arrive? There must be an internal problem. So I changed my mind; I decided not to order two tires together, but to order them separately to see if there would still be a delay. If you're ordering four or two tires, I suggest ordering them separately. Replenish: Today I had two appointments to have two tires installed, one at 11 AM and the other at 12 PM. While installing the first tire, the technician told me he needed my car's wheel lock. I realized I had left my wheel lock at home, so I drove back home to get it and then returned for my 12 PM appointment. Although I had to wait a long time, the technician with glasses was very patient and helped me install the tires, even waiving the installation fee. I was very happy and grateful to the technician with glasses.”
