No car for the reservation. Told me to call someone else. I had hope when I called another location and they guaranteed me they would have a car at another location (which is what it is) and follow up. None of that happened and not even sure I got a “sorry.” Rough one for Enterprise.

Have a rental car due to an accident. I was offered extra insurance for $11.99 a day so i signed up for it. Come to find out 7 weeks later when they call me to renew it is $11.99 a week, and i have to go in to cancel the contract (understandable), but i have to take off of work to do it. When i stated that i was told $11.99 a week, they said since it was a manager that offered it they could have never misspoken and said that, the person who came with me also heard $11.99 a week, would have never signed up for it if it were $11.99 a day. With no solution or help. He said haven’t you seen it come out of your account, its a card i don’t use and i checked and nothing as been charged, so now $600 with be taken all at once. Very frustrating. Don’t sign up for any extras, or actually ask to see the wording instead of them holding a tablet in their hand and not letting you have it to read.

You can only pick up and return the car if you arrive by train. There's no any sign on the app about this which is extremely inconvenient.

Booked car online and when we went to the store, no-one was at the front desk, called the number listed at the front desk someone picked up the call and said they are booked out when we literally called them prior; and was told there are available cars. Horrible service. They need to fix their website because it is waste of time when it's good on website but is actually booked out.

We reserved the car before going there, and when we arrived there were NO representives and NO cars. There were at least two groups of people facing the same situation. We called Enterprise and told that we needed to go to the airport because the person working here took off today. It was such a disaster.

The Enterprise lot at the Albany Amtrak station is super convenient – take the train from NYC to skip the traffic and inflated car rental prices and then hop in the car right in the train station parking lot and head out to your NY/VT/NH/QC vacation from there.

I have rented from Enterprise for years in multiple locations. Prior to this experience I had always experienced professionalism, courtesy, and great service. However, this location is a horrific and negative outlier. I have used this location twice now, once a few years ago, when they made me wait 45 minutes to get my rental car which they did not even have on the property (they had to drive me to another Enterprise location to get it), and more recently as the return location after Christmas. I got insurance on the vehicle this time because it is winter and we were traveling upstate where there is snow and ice. When we returned the vehicle there was not ANY damage to the vehicle. There was no one at the kiosk so we put the keys in the key return. Three days later, on a Saturday, the weekend after Christmas and before NYE, I received a seemingly random email from Enterprise Damage Return Unit saying there was damage to my vehicle and asking me to fill out an "incident report form" which asked to describe any accident, witness, give my insurance, etc. I immediately called the location to inquire about what damage occurred to the vehicle because as I said, there was NO damage to the vehicle when we left it, and they could not provide me an answer. The woman on the phone said her manager would get back to me. He did not. I called again and was routed to a different location where somehow magically they were able to pull up something that described the alleged damage, but REFUSED to send me a copy of this form or any proof that there was actually damage to the vehicle that was caused by us. I requested photos and was told that was handled by the Damage Recovery Unit and that I needed to call them. I called the Damage Recovery Unit but they were closed since it was Saturday, convenient for them that they send emails on the weekend when no one is available to answer the phone. We called early the next week and were told two different stories by this Damage Recovery Unit. They told me to fill out the paperwork because if I didn't I would be personally liable for the cost of fixing the vehicle. Again, there was NO damage to this vehicle and they would NOT provide evidence to the contrary when requested. I had my husband call them, and he was told NOT to fill out the paperwork and to disregard any future correspondence from then, and that they would note on our account that we could disregard it, that we were not liable. We asked for written confirmation of this and they REFUSED to send it. They simply said that the call was being recorded. We followed up with a written request for this information and we were ignored. They then Fed-Ex shipped us another incident form on a Friday night, conveniently again, after their office closed and no one was available to respond to our inquiry. The fact that they refused to provide information to me or any sort of proof of damage despite multiple requests is HIGHLY suspicious. I will NEVER rent from this Enterprise nor any of its affiliated locations again. Would urge you to consider other options, even though unfortunately this is the only rental agency available at the Alban train station.

Great experience here with Jarod S. He was super professional and efficient. He also made us feel comfortable asking questions and established himself as a resource for anything we might need during our rental period. Although the desk is not staffed full time, the customer service at this location is unprecedented, and the convenience of having the rental office right in the train station is phenomenal!

I reserved a "Ford Fusion" type vehicle. They had none available and provided a Flex as an "upgrade". It was too large and cumbersome and definitely did not feel like an "upgrade". It did feel like a downgrade, however.
