ALB Amtrak and Airport locations are convenient and the staff are phenomenal! The vehicles are very clean too. Hertz consistently claims its vehicles are clean and they are not, which is very frustrating.

Had to be in Albany and needed a rental car. Ian met us at the Enterprise booth at Albany Amtrak station and was right on point! He was very helpful, explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable in our choice of cars..will definitely rent from Enterprise again...Thanks Ian !
