“Wonder service..I drove up and told the two young fellows that greet your car that I need to make sure no brushes are used on my car..guick as a wink these two guy told me they will turn off the brushes and just go with a power spray was sort of thing..I have a Tesla model 3 performance and for the last 15 months didn't know it has neutral..but these guys did..plus..the wash was excellent..and the price and optional add on's are more than competitive..can't wait to go back and see what else they know about Tesla.. definitelyore than I do”

“Dear Hoffman team, I wanted to say thank you for helping me remedy an expensive repair... over $1,000 quoted by a local dealership. My passenger side mirror came off in one of your car washes, which shocked staff, as you have your washes calibrated well, never had that happen in one of your washes before. Thus it caused my blind spot technology to not work after being reconnected. I reach out to your offices, and Jena assisted me in getting some help, and Shane came to look at my mirror today, and fixed the problem, the wire connection needed a slight correction. “In short, it's a old school carwash. It has brushes and was a longer pass through the wash itself. I will be back at some point. It's not real convenient for me. It's located in Albany, but it will be a nice place for a wash every so often.”

“Big parking lot for vacuuming and cleaning out your car. Several self service bays and one automatic wash. Self service cost $4 for 4 minutes / $8 for 10 minutes. Accepts quarters, dollar coins, tokens and tickets. No mention about debit cards. Could be the change machine spits out tokens instead of quarters. I only used the trash can while I was there so it's all a mystery.”

“I went to get my car cleaned and there was some grit on the side. I asked to talk to the manager, who was wonderful. He told me that it was brake dust and showed my how it can be removed. Then I opened my trunk and realized that it had been missed. The manager was wonderful! He took time to clean the trunk himself and everything looked great. I highly recommend this Hoffman's car wash.”
