Especially Brianna - She patiently helped us out when 3 other customer service reps either kicked the can down the road or flat out told us there was nothing they could do. “Miracle workers. Started classes at HVCC yesterday and dropped my phone- totally bugged up my SIM. I walked in today and within ten minutes my SIM card was replaced no charge. I don't know the workers names but two nice gentlemen in there were extremely helpful and kind to both my father and I.”

“I want to say thank you to the young man that help me on 4/12/22. This was my 3rd attempt to get my phone working properly after switching my provider back to Verizon and getting a new phone. I was unable to receive calls and texts. He knew immediately what the issue was, made one phone call and phone was working properly. I had been told previously that because they were working on new towers phones weren't working right. Having to deal with this for a week was crazy. Again thank you. I wish I had gotten his name.”
