“Great selection. I like to support the local stores. My complaint is selling items over manufacturers list price. I bought a Weber accessory and while in the store I looked it up and the price advertised was more than MSRP. I can buy it elsewhere and have it shipped for less. On a separate occasion I ordered a part from Stihl that offered free shipping to store and they would deliver it to the store. When I came to pick it up they wanted to charge me for shipping. I ended up reordering it and having it sent to my house.”

“I use this store frequently, because I am painting many rooms in my house. The sales clerks are very helpful and always pleasant. They are able to answer my questions.I use the best paint they sell, which isn't carried by Lowes. It doesn't drip and goes on smoothly, but I usually need 2 coats.”

“I checked their online inventory for the product I needed, and it said they had it in stock, but when I went to the store, I couldn't find it. So I found an attendant to help me, and he also couldn't find it. Then he explained that they owned 2 stores and the inventory was merged together on their website, so more than likely, it was at the other store. Confusing and misleading to say the least.”
