“I wish I could give six stars. Ruge Subaru made the process simple and easy. Our salesperson Steven was a true professional, very helpful, and worked to get me the best deal. Lou and the finance department were amazing as well. I never felt pressured like I have at other dealerships. It was clear that Steve and the staff at Ruge’s strive to please the customer. I’m so happy with my 2025 Subaru Ascent. I’ve bought Subarus from other dealerships in the past and I can say hands down, Ruge Subaru is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I absolutely recommend them! Thank you so much.”

“We recently had a very good Experience with buying @ Ruge’s. Since we get our cars serviced there, we decided to work with them on a new car purchase. Tim & Shawn were very helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable. There was no buying pressure and we were able to get a great deal!”

“I can’t say enough good things about ASAP company. They go above and beyond—delivering oil even during snowstorms and emergency situations when others might not. Their reliability gives real peace of mind, especially in the winter. On top of that, their pricing is very fair. Truly exceptional service.”

“Excellent service, had a new battery installed in my Shelby GT350, and as always treated me and my car with up most respect. Tammy kept me informed about everything and everything was done in a timely manner. Had my oil changed and they took very careful care of my car, great service.”

“Been going here for years. Mark and his team always provide great friendly service and this is one of the few places I trust to bring my work to. In all the years I've been going here I have never been disappointed in their work or what they charge. They can work on anything from Modern American/European cars to antique classics. They're always willing to spend time with customers and explain what's needed to do a job. Not many shops like this left anymore.”

“I booked my car in for a State inspection. The process was easy, but the map location was off. There is a similar business down the road. I eventually found Monroe, set back and easily missed if you drive too fast. I pulled into Monro I was greeted with a smile at the front desk. I needed to wait for my car, so I took a little walk around the complex with my dog. Maybe 15-20 minutes later, unlike at other places I’ve visited, my car was ready. Brilliant. That’s efficiency I can get behind. Thank you, Monro.”

“I bought a tire from another place, they told me my brakes were 90% gone and that I needed them replaced right away. I took my car to this Ford dealership and was told I still had awhile until I needed them replaced. I love my Ford SUV and always go to the dealership for service. They are friendly and always helpful.”

“Sterling and Jack were amazing. I had an employee show up to the jobsite with a flat tire. The tire was beyond repair but they had a replacement tire mounted and balanced in notice at all. Sterling wisely ordered a matching tire as the car was a Subaru with AWD and tires need to match. What could have been a brutal experience turned out to be wonderful. 5 stars isn't enough for me to say thank you.”
