“Brought my 2021 CrossTrek in for 24,000 mile oil change and general service. I didn’t buy the car from Ruge’s dealership because I don’t live in the area full-time. Easy to make appointment on-line, was taken on time when I arrived, and the entire service took 1.5 hours - as promised. The only disappointment was the service rep would not honor their own $15 off coupon???”

“Randale was great to work with. He was very patient and professional. Even though we were there late on a Friday night he thoroughly went over the whole truck and spent time answering questions.”

“This is the second time we have had to bring our van to Northside. Both times we have had a great experience. From the minute you walk in the door until the work is complete, the friendliness, communication and attention to details is fabulous. We got our car back spotless inside and out which means a lot to a working mom to have a clean car.”

“I have taken my car to Ruge’s Ford Service several times for issues big and small. The staff is always great and helpful. Especially Tammy and Lynn, they make the not so fun process of getting your car repaired as pleasant as they can! Great customer service. ??”

“I no longer have a Subaru, so don't typically get my car serviced at Ruge's. I needed an inspection, tho, and the equipment at my usual garage was on the fritz and Ruge's is within walking distance of my house.I was pleasantly surprised that although I'm not a regular, I received *excellent* service - from booking the appointment through pick-up. I had to leave my car, since it's not a Subaru, but the inspection was complete and I was called to come pick up my car before the promised time.An unusually positive experience from start to finish!”

“My review is based off the interaction with the employees and the process of leasing my vehicle. What someone pays for a car there so much that goes into it that every person is different. I will say there were no hidden fees and the car I wanted was actually discounted. I didn’t see any cars that were marked up.Ruge is a small laid back dealership. Coming from NYC there was a different vibe here. I emailed Kyle and told him my lease was up in 2 weeks and I wanted to lease another Ford F150 and showed him which one. He was nice and professional asked if I was coming in but I don’t live too close and I’m always commuting to work and they closed around the time I usually get back he agreed to send me some numbers. After some back and forth we also had Will in the emails who was the Financial manager. We made sure I got all the incentives I qualified for and agreed on the first payment. I decided to send my wife in because she mostly drives it. She said Kyle was amazing showed her the car and everything new she will be getting. He didn’t once discuss financials that was between me and him. The only thing she had to do was sign some paper work so when we had to do credit checks she was ready to go I just had to come in.On the day I had to finalize the paperwork I was cutting it close to closing time I told them just have the papers ready. They had copies of stuff my wife took in for me and she was showing up early to do a final car tour to set it up the way she wanted. I got there they were ready for me with papers out and I was able to just sign everything I needed. By the time I was done my wife was finished with the truck and she signed her portions. Will was nice enough to give the kiddos some coloring pages to keep them busy and we were out of there fast. Car was clean and gassed up ready to go. We appreciate Ruges and recommend them to anyone looking for a new or even used car. We hope to do more business in the future!!Thank you Kyle and Will.”

“Ed and “Mike Piazza” are super nice. My car was in good hands at Monro in Rhinebeck! That was several years ago. Unfortunately Chuck "Mike Piazza" no longer works there. The new manager needs to get a lesson in "a little less arrogance, please!3-2022Chuck is back!!! Whoo Hoo. Glad he is back to health and back to work. He’s a friendly and trusted person.I can breathe a sigh of relief!I would have given 10 stars, but my tires were not filled up after the work was done on them and I had to come back the next day. Oh well.Such is life. Glad you are back, Chuck!”

“Have always given me the best price on home heating oil. I recommend getting oil from them instead of a 'full service' provider that also services boilers. I have a plumber service my boiler and buy fuel from ASAP. I do this because the plumber will use the correct nozzles . . . If you have the people selling oil do this they can use larger nozzles to burn fuel faster. This way I avoid a conflict of interest. ASAP does not even offer boiler servicing (I don't think) so this is not a knock on them in any way. ASAP simply provides fuel at a great rate.”

“I bought a tire from another place, they told me my brakes were 90% gone and that I needed them replaced right away. I took my car to this Ford dealership and was told I still had awhile until I needed them replaced. I love my Ford SUV and always go to the dealership for service. They are friendly and always helpful.”
