“This place really is a 1 in a million find. They're a very well run shop: everyone is kind, informative, and accommodating. They fixed my Mazda3's front bumper after a hit-and-run incident. They explained every step of the process, and treated me as if I was their most important customer. My car looks as good as the day I bought it after it was finished! They even went way above and beyond, by cleaning, polishing, waxing my entire car after the job was finished. But it didn't end there. Even my interior, and engine bay was scrubbed clean. I couldn't believe it. So long as I'm in the NYC area, they'll be my go-to body shop from here on forward.”

Was done in an hour and 45 mins. Tints came out amazing definitely recommend this place. Better than a lot of tintshops I know. Prices are very fair.”

I had my tint removed off front window about 6 months ago and never had the time to get the glue off. I done left and was driving and looked up to put sun visor down and the tint glue was removed off the windshield. I didn’t even ask them to do that. Highly Recommend”

“My car died in my driveway. I called AAA who sent a tech that could not get my car to start and said I would need a tow. I requested one through the AAA app and the guy came within the hour. He told me he was unable to tow my car with his flatbed because he would have to drag it and told me that I needed to request a tow with a dolly. I waited a few hours for a tow (this is from another tow company that AAA sent and not Phil's). I was told the truck was on another call and would get to me shortly (this after waiting for over 2 hours). Finally, I get a call back that they were able to get another company to tow my car but it would take 90 minutes. At this point, who cares? I got a call from Alex from Phil's. He told me where he was and that he was on his way. He came with a flatbed and was able to bring my car to my mechanic, no problem. I was amazed by the skill and artistry that he used in getting my car safely on and off the tow truck! I have a newfound admiration for the drivers. He was friendly and helpful. He was also correct in his unofficial diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend this company and this driver. I wish AAA would've sent them first. It would've saved me over 6 hours of waiting for the other company.”

The car was a mess and Exclusive was able to fit us in at the last minute and clean the car beautifully in an hour and a half. “I went in as a walk -in to have my car inspected and have it checked out before a long drive. My car was making a funny noise and I was a little worried what it might be and how much it would cost. I went in as a woman by myself. They had me in and out quickly and only charged me for an inspection. They explained the noise and what they did to fix it. Everyone was so respectful. Talking to the owner while I waited was a pure delight (he’s so kind and very funny) . This is my trusted place now to always bring my car!”

I would love if they would do deep interior detailing/thorough cleaning in 100 bucks. “I was really amazed by how incredible the customer service at Harry's auto repair is. I had gone to another auto repair shop and gotten a really high quote for repairs i'd need to pass inspection, and I wanted a second opinion. The most impressive thing about Moe was he took photos of my brakes and other components in the car and was able to show my husband directly on the car itself what needed repair and why in person. His quote for service was over $600 less than the previous auto shop, and he even did extra details just to be nice. Moe has made a lifetime customer out of me! “This place honestly deserves more than 5 stars! This was one of the body shops I had to choose from after my parked car was hit and I'm so glad I selected this place. The receptionist Monique was extremely friendly and pleasant. She called me as soon as they received the request from the insurance and got me scheduled ASAP to drop of my car. The process after that was easy and stress free! I received texts with every update from the moment they started the process. I never had to call or ask about anything. Not only that, but they fixed my car earlier than expected. I had an original ETA of 3/19 and received a call from Monique stating that my car was ready to be picked up on 3/14. My car literally looked brand new lol. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dilon who brought my car out for me and he was so warm and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone!”
