“We booked a 12 seater Ford Transit 2023 van through the Turo app. Pick up and drop off were smooth. The host responded within 30 minutes. Did not have any issues with the vehicle the entire trip. It was spacious but No extra trunk space for luggage but you could remove seats to make room if you wanted. Only downside was that the car smelled like cigarettes and ash when we picked it up which was annoying especially since I had children in the car smelling that. Overall, good vehicle and experience with the hosts.”

“Our flight from NYC to ATL was canceled, and we needed two cars last minute. No other rental company had availability. SIXT was the only one able to help us with not just one, but two cars. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but the guy at the JFK location was absolutely wonderful — he helped us through everything and gave us the best deals. “When I received my car and got out on the Belt Parkway I realize that my tank was on E. I called the location where I picked it up and they said that they would take care of it by not having me to pay for gas I had signed to have a prepaid.
I had to drive around for about 20 minutes till I found a gas station. And I brought the car back with a fuel
when I shouldn't have. And I was billed for the gas still. I have used Enterprise in numerous times and never had an issue this is the first time that I've had an issue.”

“I return my car here. Process of returning a car is not as fast is normal Hertz returns at seen. Also the location is too far from the airport so you better plan at least 15 minutes for the ride to the airport. There are shuttle services to the airport so nothing to worry about there.”
