“When I received my car and got out on the Belt Parkway I realize that my tank was on E. I called the location where I picked it up and they said that they would take care of it by not having me to pay for gas I had signed to have a prepaid.
I had to drive around for about 20 minutes till I found a gas station. And I brought the car back with a fuel
when I shouldn't have. And I was billed for the gas still. I have used Enterprise in numerous times and never had an issue this is the first time that I've had an issue.”

Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but the guy at the JFK location was absolutely wonderful — he helped us through everything and gave us the best deals. The cars drove smoothly and were just like new. The return process was also very easy. Anyway, I will forever recommend SIXT based on this experience. Thank you all.”
