“I just moved to the neighborhood about a month ago and was currently going to the pharmacy a few block down but I have to say my first time walking into this place, and could certainly see the difference there friendly environment made me feel at ease when i went in to pick up my prescription. The young lady with the blond hair is super nice and very attentive she greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure i left satisfied even tho my insurance company was giving me a hard time, you guys have gained a loyal customer for life. The pharmacy is also very clean and well organized who ever is cleaning shows that they care”

They've even offered manufacturers' coupons when applicable and have literally saved me thousands of dollars on a new specialty cream, Opzelura.Tonight's experience absolutely blew my mind - I received a new prescription this afternoon, and it was inadvertently sent to Expert Pharmacy instead of my local CVS. Unfortunately, I'm suffering from a really bad eczema flare up and really needed the new ointment to help alleviate my discomfort. I'd been waiting for CVS to text me for pickup all evening when I suddenly realized I missed a call from Expert Pharmacy. By the time I called them back, they had already closed for the evening, and the employees were walking out of the door; however, Jake not only answered the call, but he went above and beyond to help me! Jake stayed late to phone my local CVS, and he ensured my prescription was properly transferred both verbally and via fax, and then he called me back to inform me and even shared the Pharmacist's name that he had spoken with. Needless to say, CVS wasn't as diligent or timely; when I arrived, they first said they hadn't received the fax, but I doubled down on Jake's word and asked for the Pharmacist he had named, and after 45 minutes in the store, they found the fax and filled my script. It was nothing short of miraculous. Jake, I am floored by your kindness and compassion, thank you so much - it's because of you that I am now experiencing relief; you're the absolute best!”
