I went to the bank (by appointment) to open an account and we were greeted by Iván who was very friendly and patient throughout the entire process. He clarified our doubts and explained each situation very well in detail. I think it's important to mention that he also speaks Spanish. Thank you Ivan for your excellent attention!

I wish i was able to give as many stars possible but in negative. I have never seen such rudeness in my entire life with the highest level of racial discrimination. We go here for every week twice for our store business banking. My teller finished my banking & i asked hin for change (coins), amd all of a sudden a teller from the next window whispered something to him. Then he tell me that they don’t have it. The lady teller wasn't suppose to talk to me as I was dealing with my teller. I asked my teller her name & she started yelling at me again. She said her business card is in the front. I told her why is she speaking to me when I never asked or talked to her. After that my teller told me tonsee the manager. I went to grab her business card & all of a sudden a male bank representative charged at me asnhe was going to beat the hell out of me. I saw that guy while I was waiting in the line how he was treating other customers. Again he had no business to interfere as I was about to take the business card of the female employee who was rude. He started to raise his voice too & even after teling him to listen to what happened, I asked to see the bank manager, on that he told me that same lady is the manager. I explained to him that the teller whom I was dealing with could have told me but the female employee had no business to interfere at all. Again he justified her actions that the teller I dealt with was on training. I mean I saw him dealing him with many customers and I have been visiting this location for long now. I had deposited approximately 7 to 8k which he properly handled. And in my previous visits too i dealt with him & he was made look like he was a kid who knew nothing but was made to work as a teller who is handling so much cash. One thing I surely realized that my skin color definitely placed a big role in the entire incident. I sincerely hope that the concerned upper Management might read this & look into it. I had also before my banking inquired with the same male employee about opening an business account on which he showed no interest & wanted to get rid of me by saying that i should visit their website for any questions. I lfelt racially discriminated because I saw this employee dealing with 4 people in my entire stay at bank & it clearly indicated his behavior & attitude towards was nothing but racial discrimination.

Wait times in the line are consistently 15-20min plus. They need more tellers.

The employees are very rude and very unprofessional. I saw them be extremely rude and impatient with a client right now. They do not pick up the phone. Overall they are very unprofessional and I dint think they should have employees like that. They also seem clueless at of what they're doing, a question was asked to one of them and it seems all they know to say is "I don't know."
