“I have been to this UPS store so many times. It is the best of Brooklyn, you had competition, but, they closed that location on Jay street. The reason you hold the BEST title is at that location, it was one person, at your location it’s everyone there. I was feeling down, and having a horrible day. The guys made me laugh and smile. It was close to the time my husband passed, I was feeling low. You never know what someone is dealing with. Always be kind, considerate, and professional. The staff, was all that and more. “I received a very friendly and helpful customer service at the store. Great service at the store!
My only regret is that FedEx has scheduled to deliver my package later than I expected. That would make my whole purpose for paying over $200 to ship my very time sensitive package all worthless. I pray that the delivery date changes to at least 2 days earlier. That would mean the world to me.
I have returned to give FedEx a thumbs up ? for an excellent delivery service. Since my last post, FedEx delivered my very time sensitive package two days earlier than previously scheduled. That made all the difference for me.

“Nothing to say about postal office they do good their job . but right in front of this building is a sharp metal at the end of the side walk breaking car tires it happened to me and it have to this gentleman I get two pictures today when I was walking by .
