“I had a great experience at the Wyckoff location! I felt like the process was seamless and the staff was particularly attentive. Though I was welcomed by all, representatives Willy and Tamarsha surpassed my expectations! These two were personable, discussed multiple options with me and offered input to what would be the best and most conducive options for me. These two have really helped solidify me as a customer and I will continue to do business here. Would also like to add Willy was very empathetic to my circumstance. Thank you all!”
“Loved this Extra Space Storage for the 2.5 years I used them. Sadly it was too far from my apartment and fees went up to $287/mo by the time I left. Otherwise the service is fantastic and the facilities and hand carts are much better than my new storage place closer to my apartment.”
“We initially rented a 5’x5’ unit online, but upon moving in discovered a large concrete column along the back of the unit that made it decidedly smaller than advertised. We worked with Greg at the front desk, who was super helpful and patient in understanding our frustration, and then helping us transfer to a different unit that better fits our needs. Thanks Greg!”
“Great place, they really assisted me well and explained everything I needed to know about the policy.
They also organized my documents
5 five star”

“Super helpful support. Even though I got there very behind close time and actually wrong location, Jason suggested cheapest and convenient options by showing many options together.
Thank you so much!”
