Had trouble with replacement cell phone not working went to Fresh Pond Ridgewood store...not helped and was told to call insurance company for return and another replacement. Instead, I called 611 and was helped. Too much back and forth calls and store visits.

Can’t say enough good things about the team. Specifically Jose. Went above and beyond to explain each plan T-Mobile had to offer, then consulted me on which plan fit my needs the most. Not to mention it was 10 minutes to closing and he seemed very welcoming to helping with such short time before closing.
