Terrible service. I canceled my home wifi November and I was waiting to receive shipping label to send wifi router back to T mobile. I never received label in 30 day and they charge me 240$ fee for not returning devices. So I went to T mobile on Fresh Pond with devices to return and they told me I have to return devices and pay 240$ fee they dont even try help me they try to scam me for 240$ . So I went to different T mobile shop and they help me right the way, I dont have to pay 240$ and they help me to return device

The customer service was amazing. The store was well set up and organized. And the staff were joyful, welcoming and ensured that every customer in the store was receiving assistance even when there were more of us than available agents. I came in to ask about the holiday promotions and Monserrat, one of the mobile experts, patiently and thoroughly talked me through every possible ways I could save money on a new purchase/upgrade. Also helped me transfer my iPhone 12-13 quickly and easily. Monse shout out to you and your team.

Walking out of the store I thought I was okay and account all set but they never confirmed it or actually took my card info or submitted it so I lost my phone number and had no account when I left after spending so much time in store and being confirmed it was all set. My best suggestion is to not take them as professionals, they know about as much as the average young person about phones, so double check every thing they are doing.

Isis was extremely helpful to my dad! He went to another location right before this one and they basically told him they couldn’t set up his brand new phone and transfer his number & other things due to it having ios 16 instead of 17. They told him he would have to go to an apple store to get it updated and have his things transferred. It was very frustrating but Isis was able to do everything he needed. Thank you, Isis!!

Had trouble with replacement cell phone not working went to Fresh Pond Ridgewood store...not helped and was told to call insurance company for return and another replacement. Instead, I called 611 and was helped. Too much back and forth calls and store visits.

Hands down the strongest T-Mobile team, they have a vast staff with mass knowledge. They were able to help me transfer my number over from simple mobile, they gave the team a whole run around. After hrs of intense research and dedication by the team I now am able to continue conducting my Buisness on my new phone with my old number no hassle. Thank you T mobile team but specifically Crystal, Jennifer manager.

Can’t say enough good things about the team. Specifically Jose. Went above and beyond to explain each plan T-Mobile had to offer, then consulted me on which plan fit my needs the most. Not to mention it was 10 minutes to closing and he seemed very welcoming to helping with such short time before closing.

I was interested in transferring from Verizon to T-MOBILE, and stumbled upon this location. I'm so happy that I did because I was welcomed and helped beyond measure. Thank you to Kim, Destiny, and the rest of the team for your kindness, and assistance with seamlessly transitioning to T-Mobile. Definitely give this location a try!!!

Today at 11am my 75year old dad went to this T-Mobile location looking for help to update his software because I could not figure it out at home it said he needed more storage and I didn't know how to do it. The young guy working at that time told my dad when he asked for help "You know you guys need to figure out how to work these phones yourself." HOW INSANE!!!! A PHONE STORE EMPLOYEE SAID THAT TO MY FATHER WHEN ASKING FOR HELP! This is your literal job. My dad was absolutely furious and it takes A LOT to get him to that level. There were 3 employees working and no other customers in the store besides my dad and nobody else could help . How useless, what are you guys paying them for? I couldn't believe it and that employee is very lucky I wasn't with my father because it would of been a scene. THE AUDACITY of that worker!!! If you don't like your job quit. I would leave 0 stars but I can't. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Excellent customer service from Dennis and a fellow with freckles and tattoos down his arms.. I didn't get his name. But I appreciate the time and all the info/time with me.
