  I rarely need to withdraw cash from my personal account, but today I did—and I’ve been waiting over 35 minutes with no service yet. The experience just keeps getting worse. It may be time to switch banks.

  I visited this branch recently, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member (Carly) was rude, unhelpful, and my issue was not resolved.   I opened accounts when HSBC closed its regular savings banks in this neighborhood. I get very good service at TD. This is a great neighborhood branch.
