Slow is all I can say extremely positively slow. I’ve been here for years and you think it’s going to get better but then it doesn’t… you wait over an hour for the simplest things. They take forever with just one customer no idea how they manage to stay in business. It seems like they don’t know what they are doing something that really shouldn’t take very long takes literally hours with constant breaks while still sitting with the same damn customer…in capable of multi tasking which is usually a sign of poor training.

We are long time customers here named and STILL BEING TREATED LIKE A FREAKING NUMBER!!
On 12/12/2023, I was just want to return the unused deposit slips to this TD bank and the two workers kept jumping to their damn conclusion "We closed" "We closed" and the same lady who usually served me for long years back, I thought she was friendly to let me in and so I can give those unused slips to her to save the planet, just LESS THAN 5 SECONDS OF YOUR TIME, to let me give those slips back. Then I walked to the drive thru window and she abruptly told me to throw them out. No I am not going to throw them out then that will be wasted. I should not have go here on this late afternoon just because of damn clock change made everyone crazy, cos those workers suddenly were unfriendly to me as I came just to give back the unused deposit slips!!
Also, on 04/23/2024, I am my mother came here to open an investment portfolio with Marco, and transfer funds from old portfolio which was managed by Thomas, which he was not here anymore. Marco was nice that time.
However, the investment service Marco somehow worked with us too personally in his self-interest. My mom didn't even trust his instinct so was not happy with his arrangements and we would never bank here again. As we tried to do our transfer, they kept telling us in more difficult ways to prove that we the family own our old portfolio. It is for a whole family, not only for one individual, please! This is why I meant in my last year comment above that they did poorly in serving Asian-Americans like us. We rather trouble ourselves moving our inheritances from here to another bank where it is new and can treat everyone equally regardless of their nationality. We wanted Thomas, the older investment service man to work back here; otherwise we are moving all our assets to another bank.

I've been banking at the Freshpond road TD bank located for three years now. By now, I really shouldn't be surprised by the poor customer service. I just completed my final transaction with this location and it's almost comical how rude and condescending the staff here is. Worst TD bank - period. Your staff are lacking in basic customer service skills.

Every 15 days my card is blocked for $5 of gasoline. I really don't recommend it. I really don't recommend it. It's terrible. I can't even send a zelle for $300. They tell me it's a high amount. This is an indication that the bank is bankrupt. Because there are 300, they are super purchases and the answers from the bank executives are that they have a lot of security and it is not possible for them to make withdrawals from the direct bank, that is, to pay in cash, this bank is just problems

I literally drive out of my way and go to the TD Bank on Metro and 80th to avoid this one on fresh pond.. I can't even begin to tell you how rude the tellers are.

Friendly service, drive thru, full set of tellers so there no long waiting time. Very efficient...
