“I went shopping for a comforter at the Home-goods store and while standing in line the employee Iris was walking to the cashier to start checking customers out. While walking through the line she started a conversation with myself and my siblings with me. Instantly we noticed her bubbly and welcoming personality and had a quick exchange. As the line moved through we had the pleasure of receiving her as our cashier, to no surprise we had a wonderful conversation and she went above and beyond to check our large comforter for any sensors. We all left discussing how wonderful she was and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would! You have an excellent employee in Iris!”

“I love the store but extremely disappointed. We purchased an outdoor table set for $1400 ish with delivery. Within a month and a half our table started cracking and I called the store who then told me that its outside the 30 days so I had to contact nautical directly. I reached out to them and when I said I purchased it from homesense and provided the reciept they said they can’t do anything because it’s a brand for home sense and they are supposed to take care of this.
My table didn’t even make it one season,
Update: I spoke to customer service and I have to applaud great customer service.
After sending in some pictures and speaking with someone they have offered a gift card in the amount of the total transaction including the cost was delivery.. we loved the table, and are sad that it didn’t last but I think it’s amazing that they gave us a gift card in the full amount.
I hope all customers when writing a disappointing review take the time to share when companies and even small businesses do things the correct way.
I’m not sure if I’d purchase another outside set with this same material, but can use the gift card towards other purchases. Amazing customer service, we will be back! Ty TJM and there brands!
the wood is extremely discolored, and even stored properly with extreme care I started taking my furniture out and noticed that the table is now bubbled, and that crack in the wood expanded that you can’t even use a chair. Save your money and buy your outdoor furniture from Costco. At least they would swap it out.”
“Today I went to bjs with a HUGE HUGE bag of plastic bottles to recycle and the bins were full. I had the luck of meeting Evander Herrera. He went out of his way to help me. Over the load speaker he called the designated person to come and empty the bins but they were to no avail so Evander went out of his way and made sure I was taken care of. Any other employee would just tell me it’s out of service but Evander went out of his way to help me. He deserves a raise!”

“Kim at the Riverhead store is so helpful! I've been going there for well over 15 years and I notice she's there most of the times I'm shopping. There are numerous employees that have been there a long time (shows it's a good place to work). The store is clean; they have sanitizer/wipes when you walk in and even if there's a line at checkout, the cashiers move the line quickly. I recommend that store and I appreciate Kim's help, she's great!”
