“Hi came into Lowe’s because I am renovating my home and I had the best experience I’ve ever had in any large store comparable to Lowe’s. It was super organized and the person that helped me was so knowledgeable on every product and what I needed I would describe the work being done and he told me exactly what they would need to do the work. I even picked up some extra items for my contractor. I signed up for a pro card To save money on my transaction and for future purchases as well. Adam Jackson was the most helpful sales representative I’ve ever had in my life. Keep in mind I was dreading this trip and it turned out to be so easy. I was in and out and off to my next errand. I wish all of my experience is in retail stores were like this. Great job Adam Jackson. Lowes is lucky to have you”

I visited Home Depot on April 14th with the intention of purchasing a BBQ grill. During my visit, a staff member—a young woman with a long ponytail—kindly directed me to check the display in the Number 1 area. I went there and found the grill, but another employee informed me that it was out of stock.
Disappointed, I turned back with my friends. A short while later, I met the same associate again near the self-checkout area. She asked if I was able to find the grill, and I explained the situation. Without hesitation, she asked me to follow her and went out of her way to assist me further.
She spoke with another colleague, Mr. Chris, and continued to make every effort to help. Thanks to her dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile, I was ultimately able to purchase the grill.
I truly appreciate her hard work, professionalism, and warm, friendly demeanor. Employees like her are a great asset to the company. I ended up spending over $800, and it was largely because of her exceptional service that I chose to complete my purchase.

“The best independent hardware store around, been shopping here for years. They have great prices and still sell window pane panels and will cut it to your dimensions.”
