“I really like the Vineyard Vines Outlet. It's different than most of the other clothing outlets in that the clothes they stock are the exact same items you would purchase in their full price retail stores. Vineyard Vines outlet merchandise is overstock, not Factory Brand like other stores, so you know you are getting first quality. I usually purchase Vineyard Vines through Bloomingdales, which rarely puts the brand on sale. The outlet store offers outlet prices (roughly 30% less than regular retail) and then they still offer additional discounts. Today everything was 25% off for a total savings of about 50% off over their full price retail store. Being that the merchandise is EXACTLY THE SAME, I'll certainly hit up this store first when we need new clothes. The sales staff is really friendly and helpful. There was a pair of pants we were interested in but we couldn't find the size we needed. They located it in the back, with a smile:) I was also looking for a certain hat that was discontinued. They didn't have it but they put my name on a list incase it turns up and they told me I can call any time if I'm looking for something specific and they will let me know if they have it so I don't need to make unnecessary trips. This is the way customer service is supposed to be! Honestly, the prices are great but the fantastic employees are the reason I'll return, soon! I've been to this store on several occasions and the customer service has been equally impressive. This store is a hidden gem, easily overlooked, right next to Restoration Hardware. Check it out!”
“The quality of the jeans were very good and the peice was pretty good. We came for some lat minute back to school shopping and we picked up some nice bargains. The store was pretty ordilly and the staff was very helpful. There is plenty of parking in this outlet but was pretty busy but not crowded by New York standards.”
