“I had a great shopping experience at the Timberland store, thanks to the excellent customer service from Tyler and Chris. Tyler went above and beyond, taking the time to help my partner and me try on multiple pairs of boots until we found the perfect fit. His patience and knowledge made the process smooth and enjoyable. At checkout, Chris was equally helpful, providing great information about signing up for the email list and how we could instantly receive coupons for savings, which we did. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made our visit truly enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!”

“If you’re going to the Lucky Brand store at the Riverhead Outlets, there is only one thing you need to know: ask for Ruby. I’ve shopped a lot of places in my life, and I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service like this. Ruby didn’t just help me — she went all in. She spent real time with me, walking through different jeans, different washes, different colors, different fits, making sure everything looked right and felt right. She cared. And you could tell it wasn’t an act — it was genuine. Most stores today feel rushed. Someone points you toward a wall of jeans and hopes for the best. Ruby did the exact opposite. She treated the experience like it mattered that I walked out happy. She knows the product, she has incredible instincts for style, and she puts the customer first in a way you almost never see anymore. The result? I walked out with five pairs of jeans. Not because I planned to — but because Ruby made the whole experience that good. And the value at Lucky Brand right now is incredible, which made it even better. Ruby is the kind of employee every retailer hopes they have and rarely do. She represents your brand better than any advertisement ever could.”

“My son and I had an excellent suit shopping experience last week. Store Manager Salvatore Marciano was knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. A sales associate named Alex also made us feel welcome. The 50% off sale was the icing on the cake -- great opportunity to invest in a high-quality suit, shirts and ties. We'll be back!”

“I was searching for a one-piece bathing suit, last minute before vacay and in off-season, yikes! The staff at Aerie, especially Piso, the manager, made the experience super pleasant and comfortable. Having gained weight and lost confidence, bathing suit shopping was not something I was excited about - yet Piso was kind, listened attentively to what styles were working with my shape, and showed so much grace and patience (yes, I tried on dozens!) Best of all, we found a suit that looked amazing (plus other cute summer clearance, I saved so much money!) Piso truly lives the Aerie brand, making women understand they deserve to feel good in what they are wearing. I know it’s just ‘shopping’, but when someone goes out of their way to make you feel seen and accepted, it has a ripple effect. I felt confident and cute on the beach in my new suit. Bravo Aerie!”

“The customer service was phenomenal. Issac, Kelly, and Arlette helped us find the perfect jeans for my daughter. There was only about 5 mins left before they closed and they let my daughter try the jeans on. Tomorrow is her birthday and she has such a hard time finding jeans that fit. She was so happy. Thank you again Issac, Kelly, and Arlette.”

“Really not a bad outlet; hit or miss like most. Baffled by the harsh negative review, it's really not that terrible... save for maybe around the holidays or weekends. But all of them are at that time and blame that on the savage shoppers who come out here looking for a bargain and tear the stores apart. It really is disgraceful and I've seen it since Tanger I was newly built and my family had a summer beach cottage in the area”

“Ignore bad reviews! This store made me impressed by being so helpful to me. Usually I come to the store and if something doesn't fit me I usually leave so quick. But two women were so helpful. Jessica brought me clothes to try and the woman in a dressing room, I didn't catch hers name helped me to pick clothes who looked good on me. I appreciate her because she didn't push me to buy clothes who didn't look good on me. I will definitely come back here again. 10/10 ladies. You are so amazing!”

“I really like the Vineyard Vines Outlet. It's different than most of the other clothing outlets in that the clothes they stock are the exact same items you would purchase in their full price retail stores. Vineyard Vines outlet merchandise is overstock, not Factory Brand like other stores, so you know you are getting first quality. I usually purchase Vineyard Vines through Bloomingdales, which rarely puts the brand on sale. The outlet store offers outlet prices (roughly 30% less than regular retail) and then they still offer additional discounts. Today everything was 25% off for a total savings of about 50% off over their full price retail store. Being that the merchandise is EXACTLY THE SAME, I'll certainly hit up this store first when we need new clothes. The sales staff is really friendly and helpful. There was a pair of pants we were interested in but we couldn't find the size we needed. They located it in the back, with a smile:) I was also looking for a certain hat that was discontinued. They didn't have it but they put my name on a list incase it turns up and they told me I can call any time if I'm looking for something specific and they will let me know if they have it so I don't need to make unnecessary trips. This is the way customer service is supposed to be! Honestly, the prices are great but the fantastic employees are the reason I'll return, soon! I've been to this store on several occasions and the customer service has been equally impressive. This store is a hidden gem, easily overlooked, right next to Restoration Hardware. Check it out!”

“An amazing group of people work at this location. We went in looking for a specific tuxedo for my son's wedding. They did not have it and it showed out of stock. They didn't give up. They searched everywhere and are having it shipped to their store. Alejandro, Nick, and Anthony were unbelievably helpful and kind. We look forward to seeing them again. I highly recommend this store.”

“The quality of the jeans were very good and the peice was pretty good. We came for some lat minute back to school shopping and we picked up some nice bargains. The store was pretty ordilly and the staff was very helpful. There is plenty of parking in this outlet but was pretty busy but not crowded by New York standards.”
