Upon entry we were greeted. Nice clean store. Lots of clearance reasonable prices depending on your style. Kayla took care of us and our 1million questions. I had friends over from Brooklyn and we were all (4 of us) looking for sneakers. Very helpful we asked her so much and she was willing ready and able to help. She even gave us the option to look for the item online and it will be shipped to my home at no cost. I love great that customer service is still ALIVE. Thanks Kayla you are very much appreciated. We will be back soon.

Very few women size 11 options. Came to return shoes purchased online and hopefully find a better fit however my sneaker shopping experience was underwhelming. I returned the shoes and left empty handed..

We had a great experience shopping at the New Balance store at Tanger. My Dr. suggested New balance to address an issue I am having with my feet. . If your suffering from foot issues the shoes you wear are super important. I would go and see Ali at the store she is friendly and really knows her stuff. I can tell you first hand how much better my feet feel wearing the New Balance shoes. Thanks again Ali!

I had a really bad experience on that store today beware the prices on the displays doesn't match the price at the cashier so that means they do false advertise on prices plus when I told them about the prices the manager came to the cashier with really nasty attitude assuming we switch boxes to get better price really who does that ? when I told her she was wrong assuming that she didn't even apologize the manager in that store has a really poor customer service and you lost a customer with you nasty manager attitude. Be better new balance train your managers to provide a better service and be polite .

Had a bad customer service at this store today, sun. 4/28/24 at 5pm.
The price displayed at kids' shoes did not match the price at the register. The blonde girl probably a store manager who came over aggressive, saying that the price we wanted was wrong and that we switched boxes to get a better price,
just wrong accusation,
