The lady at the front desk can be very moody she was wrong and made me look bad in front of the customer, when I called the real customer service they gave me credit nd my money back I wanna say more but I'm gonna be a adult.

My family is leaving Optimum for good! The worst customer service, either on the phone or in person. I spoke to at least 12 representatives in two days, each one said different things as if they have no record of my last conversation. The Escalation Department is chaotic. Their promises were non-existant. The in person staff seemed not happy to help but willing to chat with each other with excitement.As a new member, leaving Optimum is the best decision we made.

The in-person staff here are “cold”. They don’t seem happy to help their customers. We thought it was their personality until they start talking to each other. They were very chatty and giggly but NOT to their customers.Two stars because they actually know what to do, they just don’t want to smile.

Do not let them talk you In to getting this junk apple tv box it is junk the sound go in and out every few seconds optimum should be embarrassed they are selling a cable box by Apple that is sound is so horrible you can not even watch TV a waste of money

Had to go back this location 3 times!! because the Gentlemen never scanned the barcodes to assign the a Router to my account, therefore making it useless I even mentioned if he had to scan anything barcodes and he told me noHe was very rude and unhelpful

Tamara terrible customer service, I Caine to change modem internet she told me you can buy it from elsewhere and I said why I purchas it some where else and I am your customer. Any way she trying not help me and terrible customer service. Unbelievable.

Unbelievable lack of customer serviceI had a scheduled appt 2-5pm. At 5:25pm I called to ask were they close. I was told that I had been ‘rescheduled’. No call/email/text!!! And I asked when had I been rescheduled for so I could take ANOTHER 1/2 day off of work and was told ‘well no date was set, just says rescheduled’So they CANCELLED my appt and did NOT try to contact me to let me know or to actually reschedule. They should be ashamed of themselves. This is far from surprising from Optimum unfortunately.

Here we go AGAIN........ 3rd appointment with them and no one showed up again, even though I got an automated message saying the tech was on his way!!! This is totally unacceptable!! Plus they had already shut off our service at 6:30 am !!! Done with This unprofessional service!! Better get someone who knows how to schedule appointments or take some time management classes!!!
