It was best and very pleasant and passionate. It answered all questions and made sure oxygen today. It had great service for years with oxogen machine. It had numerous phone calls to straighten out a billing problem after months but still not fixed. It was extremely helpful with billing denial and switching insurances and had knowledge. It was new company and thinking maybe.

Horrible customer service spoke to somebody yesterday regarding a billing mistake. Please train your employees how to speak,and effectively listen to customers .

Was great service for years with my oxogen machine but for 3 months after numerous phone calls to straighten out a billing problem, it’s still not fixed! Thinking maybe it’s time to find a new company!
