“I have recently ordered a cooling vest and gel packs from ThermApparel. I ordered the wrong size vest upfront. Julia worked with me and got the next size vest out quickly. It shipped the same day I chatted with her. The product is wonderful. I live in TX and due to my MS, I was basically inside my home the entire month of August. I used the vest this past weekend and was able to actually be outdoors for nearly an hour! Great product! Great service!!”

“I visited WMS/Gates in the Spring of 2024 for information about lift chairs for my Mother. I was glad to learn of the WMS/Brighton location when I needed to bring my Mother in store because it was closer to us. We purchased a lift chair with heat and massage for my Mother and when the time came, WMS/Brighton moved it from my Mother's address to mine. At the time I envisioned enjoying it as a nice piece of furniture not knowing that I would become totally relying on it for sleeping due to my developing osteoporosis and not being able to lie flat. Currently, I am anxiously waiting for the delivery of a newly designed rollator that's not bulky, lightweight and has other comparable features. I believe it was fairly recent that WMS/Brighton received a demo of this item for display. I know if I had visited in-store prior to WMS/Brighton having the demo, I would have purchased the commonly styled rollator and would not have known about this newer design which I believe will serve me just fine. I look forward to more service with WMS/Brighton.”

“100% recommend, Above and beyond service ‼️ my 6 yr old needed an air cast for her wrist, after having her hard cast removed. Her Ortho referred us to fonte but they didn't have any, called around and were told we would have to go back to her Ortho for another referral, of course they said they couldn't get her back in today. Called at least a dozen other places and they either couldn't or wouldn't help without the referral. We went to upstate and they were closed, but as we were leaving a young lady was coming to the door and asked what we needed. After explaining the situation, she said that the doctor was out of town and she was still training and didn't know how to fit them yet. Then this lovely person invited us in and called the doctor, I didn't catch his name but this gentleman said he would gladly walk her through the process to get her taken care of. She did a wonderful job and I am so grateful for them both. I commend them on their wonderful service because people just don't do this anymore . Your service and character speak volumes, and you have gained a lifetime customer.P.S. Dear Doctor, she's a keeper, give her a raise! And pat yourself on the back. You are appreciated sir!”

“I can’t say enough good things about RTG Lab in Rochester. I had recently lost another tooth, and my partial no longer fit properly. There was a sharp edge that constantly caught my tongue and caused a great deal of pain and discomfort. I brought the partial to RTG Lab myself in the morning, and they told me they would take care of it. The technician who did the work, Mary, did an absolutely incredible job. She is a true artisan and a technician of the highest caliber. She not only added the tooth, but fixed the problem that had been making the partial so uncomfortable. When I put it back in, it fit properly again—and the relief was tremendous. I suspect dental laboratory technicians are some of the unsung heroes of dentistry. We tend to think about the dentist, but the skill and craftsmanship behind the scenes can make an enormous difference in someone's comfort and quality of life. Kudos to the entire RTG Lab team, and especially to Mary. Her work was exceptional, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the result. Thank you, Mary, and thank you, RTG Lab!”

“Ryan Perry was outstanding - From my first phone contact with him until the installation was complete. I contacted him from out of state to arrange an install as a gift for an elderly relative. He answered all my questions on the phone and then answered my relatives’ questions during a meeting. He assisted by providing a contact for some preparatory work that they needed. My relatives said that he left the home immaculate, and they are very pleased with the lift! She went from reluctance, and fear that it would take away her independence to appreciation. She only uses it when she needs it. But rides it like a little kid! Thanks Ryan!!”

“I had a fantastic experience at Pro Rehab for a diabetic shoe fitting. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The office is very clean and professional. Michael, the certified fitter-orthotic, was great. He was incredibly thorough in checking my feet and ensuring I was getting the right shoes. He also clearly understands the importance of proper footwear for people with diabetes from personal experience. What really impressed me was seeing his 3D printing work around the office—the Ghostbusters and dinosaur sculptures were amazing. Seeing that level of design skill and technical interest really gave me confidence that he’d be excellent at fitting shoes correctly. We had a great conversation about his work, and I really appreciated the time he spent with me. I’m a very satisfied customer! Just got my shoes today. I am happy. Feet feel like they are walking on pillows soft but very sturdy.”
