First car loan ever, just paid it off. Never had a bad experience with them. Always answered my questions in timely manor. Their app is great, never had an issue. Over all great experience!!!

Website sucks. Currently down, no ETA for fixing as per online chat agent. No access to accounts, transfers, etc. and there is no option to speak with an agent in their phone menu.

One of the best AFCU locations I've ever been to. Employees are kind, the door is held open for you. Everyone here is helpful and understanding. The office building is clean and comfortable too.
