Awful place to go. Find a dentist office where the dentist doesn’t show up over an hour late and then try and cancel you & tell you to go somewhere else when you express you’ve been waiting for an hour. lol joke of a dentist.

Took my mom there for an appt. The whole staff was great and very patient! My mom is 78 yrs old and can get nervous and confused. They treated her kindly and were very friendly.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. This company is a scam. There is no reason for a dentist to pop in for five seconds to look at my teeth and say that I have gingivitis and then for the office to charge me over $300 for a gingivitis treatment that I never even got. Instead, I was given a regular dental cleaning. Where's my refund? Oh wait, I never got it. My former dental office was honest, professional, and really thorough with teeth cleanings and other dental procedures. I'll be going back there.

Aspen Dental is a phenomenal place to get your teeth cleaned. When I was there they made feel that they really care. I think that is awesome. Ellie Baez the assistant office manager was wonderful. She honestly did her best to help me with my dental care there at Aspen. Keep up the wonderful service. Thank you.

Everyone was helpful and professional. They did lose the health care form I submitted and I had to repeat it, and I had a 45 min. wait.
