The store tends to close earlier then stated on their website. I know people want to get home after working but some of us depend on published store hours. 6/30 already closed by 6:45pm.

Great store with all the best employees! Every associate that has assisted me here has been knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Want to say a special thank you to Karla who has helped me figured out my concerns on more than one occasion. She’s super attentive and extremely easy to work with. Always makes sure to greet customers with a smile and a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back only to this store! :)

Was in the market possibly for an upgrade the girl that works here I think her name was ally was super helpful and informative. I know nothing about coverage and phone lines but she helped me out there. I would recommend this store. Customer service is better than other places I went to.

Went in to get my new iPhone 14 pro and the manager Steve was super chill. Ali helped me pick out my new case and even put the screen protector on for me. Will definitely be coming back soon to get my kid a phone

I stopped in today with a few questions and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely go back with all my cell phone needs! The manager (Steve) said he was new there so I wanted to make sure someone knew what an asset he is to your company!! Thank you!!

Wish I could give zero stars. Horrible experience with the front desk lady who didn’t even give us eye contact when we waited right there for 10 minutes. Their loss, we just got the new iPhone at another store.

I went to upgrade my phone and asked for a receipt for the $64 dollar fee. When I looked further my account had all sorts of upgrades, premium unlimited lines and insurance that I DID NOT ask for nor consent to. I spent a week fighting with customer service to return the line back to the amount I asked for. Justin seemed helpful at first but to know he added all these charges on without telling me or asking me was ridiculous. Don't bother going if you dont want to be scammed.

We asked for a prepaid sim for our short visit to the USA. The person attending was totally clueless. They charged us $60 for the card, put it in our phone, just to discover it does not work, and refused to give us back the money.Totally unacceptable waste of $60, even though we were clear about what we wanted.Trying to call at&t for a refund proved to be a waste of time. I wish I could sue at&t for this theft of money, but as a short term visitor I can only hope for bad karma for this company, and this staff member.T-Mobile on the other side of the street did give us a working prepaid card, with a much better plan.

If there was an option for ZERO stars that would be my choice. The experience I had trying to upgrade two phones with Zac Concepcion was terrible. Not only was he distracted by the football game he was watching but he is quick to process and make changes to the account without explanation or purchase. Zac deactivated both devices on my Acct before processing the upgrades in addition to providing me with false information about credit inquiries and down payment. I am a loyal AT&T customer of 7 years. I was charged a restocking fee on a device I did not open. Then I had to get my SIM cards swapped that night and return the next morning because I was unaware of both phones being deactivated considering I never completed the two upgrades in his store. I successfully processed two upgrades to iPhone 13s smoothly at another AT&T location without the addition hiccups and complete transparency. There was no manager at this location during both weekend days I visited. I informed Zac I would like to meet with his manager in regards to this terrible interaction that was dragged out. Zac laughed and told me good luck with getting a refund on a simple restocking fee. I hope that I can post a good response to this bad review once I meet with the manager.

I called ahead to see if they had the model I wanted. They said yes, I went in, and they told me they didn't have it. I said the guy told me they did when I called and he looked at me and said, "Yeah, I didn't check when I told you that." No apology. Then he tried to sell me what h had in stock. I left, not going back.
