I was there last Monday, and literally Shainaliz stayed with me till almost 8 pm (they closed at 7 pm) just to make sure that my phone was set up. I have my problems with AT&T about the plan and extras but the fact that you have this amazing customer service makes me comeback! Thumbs up for her! She has a great attitude
