Steve is the most helpful and patient sales manager I have ever worked with. I had a family account I ported over from Verizon and he made the whole interaction seamless. Highly recommend him and his team for any cellular needs!

Rarely write reviews but writing this one to warn people of this stores questionable sales tactics. Authorized user on my account came in to this store on December 23 to upgrade her phone, I informed her that they will probably try to sell her on att insurance and next up and to tell them explicitly that she does not want it, which she did. I get an email that while she is upgrading her phone and see the did in fact add the $10 next up charge and the $17 insurance charge, I immediately call the store and talk to my friend who's upgrading and ask her if she told them she didn't want it she says, Yes I told them. The representative at the store tells her that he cannot take it off and that these add on's come with the phone and that you have to call corporate to take them off as there is nothing he can do about those features as they come with the upgrade. This is NOT true they add things on ur bill hoping you will not notice so they can get a commission off of it even though you tell them directly no. I was able to call today and get $40.60 of charges taken off my bill after a 1hr phone call about the situation regarding my bill. Let this be a warning to people who go to this store to read ur receipt and your email after you upgrade and do your homework on prices and promotions because they will add things to your bill to get commission. I also suggest going to a corporate store as these seems to be an authorized retail store, there is a difference in how issues like this get escalated up.
