I moved my elderly mother over to our AT&T plan from a different carrier with a new phone and it was quick and simple. Our customer service rep, Norm was amazing! He was very helpful, knowledgeable of the different phones, plans and deals and went out of his way to try to find us different discounts based on our employers. Usually having to deal with mobile carriers is like going to the dentist but this visit was very quick and painless. Thanks Norm!

Absolutely zero. If I could give this a negative rating I would. Sold a phone, it didn’t work. Apple told me to bring it back to AT&T, AT&T sent me back to Apple. You guessed it, Apple sent me back to AT&T. I immediately cancelled the phone and service. Then AT&T wouldn’t transfer my number back to me for days. I run my own business and can’t be without service for days. No one at AT&T would help, or cared. Both at the local level and the main service center. Then they kept coming after me for late service payments even though I never had service!! Unless you want a giant headache, I would avoid this place at all costs!!

I worked with Charlie Howard at the Jefferson Road location. He was fantastic. He helped me when nobody else could. He took the time out of his busy schedule to help me set up my phones, get lines transferred from other accounts onto my account and to get my account set up. I have nothing but the highest praise for him.

Horrible customer service. They don't care about the customer only about the sale and the money they make from you. If you have a problem with your purchase they won't return it or help you.

It's always a gamble going into the store on whether or not you can be helped, and in a timely manner. In this case I was helped in a reasonable amount of time, and all my questions were answered. I'm very grateful for having an actual brick and mortar to go into because customer service over the phone is less than stellar. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Can’t put zero stars. Customer service sucks at that place will never go there again. I just left the store and there was one person up front and 4 guys sitting in the back. One customer before me was there an hour before me. The crazy thing is that it’s not the first time. I’m going to Verizon!!!!

Two other stores and multiple experiences with phone and online customer service had yielded no answers. I worked with two employees here, and both were competent and proactive, and they fixed the problem within an hour.
They also made it clear that if they couldn't fix the issue, they would refer me to a higher level of customer service, which no other place was going to do!
I live a while away, but I will be returning to this store if I have any future issues, bypassing other stores on the way.
