I recently went to this AT@T store for a problem with signing in on a new phone. I was told that there was nothing they could do to help but if I go to a best buy there would be someone there that could help. The next day I go to a best buy and I'm told that people are often sent there when people at phone service stores don't want to deal with problems like I had and that best buy had no way of helping me either. Later in the day I go to another AT@T store and they are able to do a soft reset on the phone and I my phone was all fixed in about ten minutes. Unfortunately it seems like employes at this store are to lazy to deal with customer problems unless they might sell a phone or two

Have been to this store for a new phone and 3 other times for help with the phone. All three times I waited a half hour or more while the staff member was with another customer the last time i had an appointment.. This last time, after wsiting a half hour I asked if there was a better time and was told no and that it would be another 20 minutes. It's sad that the store is so understaffed. You might as well close it. If each customer takes that long and the rest of us customers go away unhappy it can't be profitable

Went in today to trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max after upgrading to a 14 pro max. The gentleman said in order to trade in it has to be at 30% charge. They wouldn’t let me leave and come back when it got charged so they made me sit and wait. After about 10 minutes of charging on a lighting cord, I asked if it was at 30% and the gentleman rolled his eyes at me and said he would know. The phone was completely wiped so I was confused how he actually knew the percentage of the phone because it just had the battery symbol in the top right. So I waited a little longer and then again asked if it was ready to go. He then raised his voice with me and told me to stop asking “stupid” questions. Also telling me if I ask him that again he will kick me out of the store and refuse my trade in. I then asked if he wasn’t going to do the trade in, would the other employee be able to help. Across the room he screamed at the other employee telling him to work with me. He again tells me I’m asking stupid questions and then walks to the back room with no words. Personally, I wouldn’t want someone like this working for my company. I’m not one to complain but I can only imagine he treats everyone like this. He was very disrespectful and short and seemed like he just didn’t want to do any work. The other employee took a look at my phone, said I was good to go, and I was out the door within 5 minutes.

I was lied to about a promotion by the sales rep at this location. They claimed that a free watch was included with a new line of service. What they didn't specify was that this was a price limited promotion that didn't cover the entire cost of the only device offered. The store was just dirty and didn't feel welcoming to be in. Thanks for the bait and switch.

Ben was a very patient and helpful, he turned me on to a lower bill option which saved me a good amount of money. He was knowledgeable and new exactly how to help me. I explained I was short on time and he went above and beyond making me a priority. Will definitely look forward to doing business again with him and att

Customer service reps at this location need some etiquette training. Went in to ask a billing and plan question (I was ready to change plans at this point), they said they don't handle that but could help me take a look. Fine. I was grateful for them taking a look at my plan. But then I got a 25 minute lecture about how to treat call center staff which I didn't ask for or need (implying that I was the issue). I commented that it was my husband who called in and spoke to the call center for THREE hours to try to clear things up previously,he was very polite and patient the whole time, but the rep just kept looking at me and giving me "tone correction ". I felt like he was patronizing to me from the moment he set eyes on me and somehow thought he didn't want to "deal with" a Karen. I was not being a Karen. I completely understood and accepted that they couldn't help us, and just wanted to ask him to help me break down the bill so I could know what to say to the call center rep next time. I was straight to the point and redirecting his attention when he started to go off on irrelevant tangents (to save his time and frankly mine). He followed it with how he used to work in a call center, blah blah blah...excuse me, how does he know that I don't work at a call center? I have. This was insane how he kept driving his point when we had been nothing but polite and excruciatingly patient with both him and the call center. For a company that over charges us consistently and messes up our bill and changes our plan without us asking on the regular..I sure didn't ask for this. Dismissive, sexist and scolding. Not what I want or deserve. I've been a loyal customer of AT&T , but I plan to take my business elsewhere.

Well, despite the repeated and vigorous efforts of Ryan, the customer service representative at this AT&T store in Chili, NY to connect the new Apple Watch 6 devices (for my wife&I)to the AT&T network-due to repeated technical problems with that network-he was unable to do this-so the primary reason&issue for our visit went unresolved, despite Ryan's repeated efforts! Ryan spent over an hour with us trying to accomplish this, but was repeatedly thwarted by technical problems with the AT&T network on 9/24/21. But of course, I'm sure that AT&T will have no technical problems when it comes to charging us $60 total for the "initiation fee" for this!

Ryan was our customer service rep. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient. He took the time to explain everything, speak with customer service for us. Did not let us leave until he had done absolutely everything to help us. Great experience. We hope to work with him again
