No wait to check in. Someone is always waiting to greet as you drive in. I chose to wait while my car is serviced. Waiting area is comfortable, clean and warm with coffee and water.

West Herr BMW was wonderful! Service was great! Kyle kept me informed on a daily basis as they corrected the problem. They even gave me a loaner while my car was being serviced. Top notch service! Thank you West Herr BMW!

Your tech reported a oil filter housing leak to my extended warranty company allegedly found upon inspection on my 2015 bmw 535ix only for me to pull it to another location to find out what reported wasn’t not the case .And while I was there I asked to be shown where the leak was as my warranty company was told I had a filter housing leak and asked if there was photo/ video the rep Brianna told me she’d look and was not able to find on in the system. Asked for a tech to show me where then she says well it’ll take too much time to do as the car would Ned to be further taken apart to do so. So I aske well how did you tech come to this conclusion? Crickets .So I ask if I had a leak how come there is no oil on the ground and my oil levels are perfect and my oil pressure senor isn’t alarming. Then she says oh with a slow leak it would not .. then I replied but your company reported it was a major leak now it’s a slow leak ?no photo or video was made available nor would your company place the car on the lift because it had have been shown to me I definitely would have paid the 2 almost 3 grand I was quoted for repairs that my warranty company wouldn’t have covered anyways.was found that it’s not even leaking!!!!Now that your company reported this I have two choices… fork over to fix an issue hat doesn’t need to be fixed or have my extended warranty void btw which coasted me 4kI expected better from such a company that is bmw of could give 0stars I would have so you get one on the house
