“First time customer and I just had the best service. Went in for a broken driver door that wouldn’t open from strong wind blowing it back. I called Rochester Collision explained what the issue was. They ask me to bring the vehicle in to get it looked at and we brought it right in right away. They looked at it and instantly knew what the issue was and how they could fix it. They said they could have me in within 20 minutes and I believe my daughter was out of there in less than 20 minutes with a fixed door! They saved the day for sure. My daughter left extremely happy and I was relieved. Best part no charge!”

“My car is Nissan Altima 2015. It had problems with ABS breaking system, Engine light on due to small Evaporate leak, cracking windshield glass, and broken fender patchs. They fixed the ABS problem replacing one of the ABS sensor that was already bad, now I feel safe when driving. They replaced and fixed the left rear wheel bearing and the hub. The used to be noise that I always heard and unstable steering wheel when driving now is gone. They changed the vent valve making the light engine off, now I fewl like the fuel efficiency increases.
I intentionally wait for a couple of days to write this feedback as I want to wait if the engine light will be back but I cannot deny the fact that I really enjoy driving my car now, they did fix it and they deserve this good feed back!!!!. For the Windshield glass and Fenders, I did not get it fixed yet because, the costs are still beyond my pocket as a student. Still, I love this as they gave me the price prediction before doing the work so I could make my decision as a customer.
Lastly, for a Student who does not have a steady job, I would not say the price is cheap but nor is it expensive though, it is fair and worth it. It is worthed rather than going to some other repairshops that scam you with cheap labour price but bad parts and you have to come back multiple times.

“My car was totaled in an accident. I picked Northside to have AAA tow it to, because their reviews online were stellar. When my insurance company was taking a while giving me info about the process of getting a quote, and basically giving me the runaround, the manager of Northside, Adam, gave me very helpful information on navigating the process. When I called, he would always get back to me very timely, and was sweet, honest and helpful. I appreciated his kindness very much during what was a very stressful time. When the insurance company told me they were totaling the car out as a loss, I went to the shop to collect my belongings out of the car. A lovely employee named Sam helped me get into the car, and offered his assistance with whatever I needed - not leaving me until I said I was all set and could handle the rest myself. After he went back inside, I realized I needed to get things out of the trunk, which I could not get into because the car battery was dead. Sam and another fellow came out, and after being unsuccessful getting the trunk to open, contorted themselves to get into the trunk via the backseat. In other words, every single person I spoke with at Northside really went above and beyond with their customer service. It was **greatly** appreciated, especially at a sad time for me (I was not ready to say goodbye to this car, lol). I would recommend them very highly. I think the world of them.”

“Sofia did an amazing job fixing my truck!
They got me right in, and fixed everything so that you can't even tell there was damage!
They had to replace a door, repair another, and fix a corner panel. The repair took a little bit of time, but I wasnt inconvenienced, thanks to the generosity of Sofia and their loaner vehicle they let me use!
When I got my truck back, they even detailed it, inside and out!
Can't say enough good things about this company. Its hard to find honest guys that know their trade like Sofia!

“We had a great experience! We have a 2004 Newmar Dutch Star that had Diamond Shield on it from the factory. It was completely cracked from 20 years of service. We scheduled to have it replaced and we went to Elkhart Indiana. The tech was Boris he was GREAT, took the first day taking the old one off and the second day installing a new one. AFTER 20 YRS there was only one chip in the paint he touched it up and the New Diamond Shield looks like a new paint job! THANKS BORIS AND THE DIAMOND TEAM!”

had my card towed to the Mazda dealership on west Henrietta rd. I had an excellent experience with the service associates at this dealership. I need to mention that Dave S went above and beyond, helping get a claim documented thru my extended warranty, which basically the dealership didn’t work with anymore because of the incredibly long response time making it not feasible for the service personnel to work with on a daily basis. Because of his kind and professional patience I will be able to
get a partial reimbursement for this expensive repair for items covered under the warranty.
I just wanted to pass this information on noting that this type
of customer care is unfortunately rare. Kudos to this dealership for hiring knowledgeable and conscientious associates like Dave! I have spent a good part of my career working in customer services and can say that my experience with Dave at the Henrietta Mazda location was exceptional.
