“By cashier was very young and had just started and seemed nervous and I wanted him to engage and talk to me and learn about him and make it more a conversation while I know he has a script to set to but I think it's important to see these young people out at these customer service care jobs post covid and they are some of the hardest jobs to work and they don't get enough credit or pay so I always like to have a conversation and let them know I appreciate what they are doing and commend them for being out in the world making it a better capitalistic American System and that he or she should be proud”

“The people here are just so nice. The store is pleasant, and many items are good quality. Yes, sometimes you can get things cheaper online, but they do price match even though it's not the simplest thing for them to do (too bad the Lands' End system isn't friendlier to the store managers and employees, but they are super patient with it). I think the customer service here is just outstanding, better than anywhere else I've been lately. And things like kids' snowpants are better quality than other places.”

“The staff are super and really sweet...i just lost my baby and they lady that does the intake of clothes completely understood when i came to trade in some baby stuff for my other kids needs...she could have told me to bring it all back in chunks but being the kind hearted people they are...she didnt...so thank you fro. “Is a store in the Mall the name is Le Prestige a cross to Tim Hortons , the owners there are really rude, I buy a purse and and I want to return like literally 5 minutes after and he and his wife told me I can't return because they have a policy , and he said the policy is the the receive , how I suppose to know the policy if he don't said nothing to me before I paid ?”

“Please consider the following to be a first impression review as I have only been in the store once and knew exactly what I was looking for. Previously my kids' clothes came from the location at the outlets in Waterloo, so having them located in Henrietta is most welcome. The store is a combination Carters and Osh Kosh and clearly the two companies merged at some point. Actually, I wish the Carters location in Pittsford Plaza was similarly dual focused, but I expect they do just fine. Between the two companies my kids' have been outfitted very well and it won't be long before they "size out". My kids are both very slim and Osh Kosh has been the go to for pants especially. There really isn't much more to say. They have the basics your kids need for day to day wear and do it quite well. And I always get coupons by email for sales and promotions. I definitely recommend you check it out!”
“I love the idea of recycled clothing and toys! Kids grow out of things so quickly. I've had a good few experiences with selling my clothes to the store as well. I appreciate the cash or store credit idea. I usually take credit as you get more and my kid will always need something. The people there are pleasant. There is a big selection and sometimes you can get great deals with the sales. I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I'm glad it's so close to my house.”
