Waited over half an hour past my appointment time and still wasn’t even able to speak to the desk. Overwhelmed. What’s the point of an appointment? Wasted a lot of my day with nothing to show for it.

I never received a call that my car was ready so I was waiting around for much longer than necessary. It was extremely busy that day so I understand to a point, but there should be a more reliable system for notifying customers that the car is ready.
