“Updating my review 6 years after I originally posted it. I’m on my 3rd car with Vesa’s and I won’t go to any other shop in town. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and kind! They take their time to explain things when needed and they know how to work with a budget. I used to get my oil changed here but now that I have space to do it at home I’ve been doing it myself. They still treat me the same as always when I come in for work I can’t do at home. Really amazing folks here.”

“One of the best local places that you can go to for repairs. The technicians that work are really kind and very transparent about the repairs that need to be done and they also have a website where they’ll send you the quote of repairs and also send photos of if there’s any issues with the vehicle itself. I went for my first visit a couple days ago and just overall loved the experience a lot that I’ll be sure to come back again.”
“I called prior to me taking my car in. I did not know the tire size but the gentleman assured me they had the tire. When I got there I had to wait about 20-25 mins to get my tire fixed because they were busy but not a long wait. The price was very reasonable as well!”

“I have been customers with College Automotive Solutions for about 3 years now with my little family fleet of two sedans. The service is good. Full stop. Reputable commercial fleets pick this shop, so I trust that the mechanics on staff have sufficient labor expertise. The front of house is where I stay and it is luxurious. There are two adult lounges, 3 lil work cubicles, and a child play area that my kids are currently refusing to leave. Amanda and the front staff have been fantastic about being responsive, clear, and professional. Love this shop, these guys are da best.”
“Price was very reasonable for the work done. There was more of a wait than I was expecting but they were dealing with personnel and logistical issues that day and the manager was handling it as best he could so I won't blame them too much for that. When they filled the new tires it was a bit uneven and had to fix that myself. Other than that, great service and it was fast once they actually got around to doing the work haha”

“As a full-time Uber driver putting in 7-10k miles/month, I spend quite a bit of time at auto service shops. The service at this Monro location is some of the best I've ever experienced and it's now the only shop I'll go to. Rob & Ken are for sure two of the coolest, most understanding and easiest to talk to shop mangers in the business. Their team has gone above and beyond, again and again, to get me in, and back out on the road ASAP, even staying way after closing one night to finish a job for me. Couldn't recommend this place and this team more. Cheers and so many thanks, y'all! You rock.”

“I scheduled only an oil change & NYSI, but they found that my right CV shaft boot was (again) torn. Happily they sourced the part under warranty. They also identified that my oil sensor needed repair or replacement, and eventually also diagnosed a misfire indicating that my spark plugs needed replacement. They were extremely helpful & commutative throughout, and worked as quickly as they could to get my car back to me in much better condition than when it went in!”
“The service has been inconsistent and not very professional at times. I've been going to that store for over 30 years and they have been awesome to me. The last 10 years or so it's been going downhill. I have had my tires switched from summer to snow and vice versa for the part 8 years and never been charged. No switching rims, just take off a tire and put one on. Now they are charging me $10 per tire. Not breaking the bank but it's always been free and being a customer for as long as I have its ridiculous.”
“Very friendly and neat inside. Don’t dare judging by outside of book. Very impressed and clean inside shop I ever see for any small auto shop before. Plus very quickly service and honest. Feel very warm welcome. Definitely will come back for my other vehicles which they can do all in ONE place to service. When I ask them can do inspections on my motorcycle and jetski. “Cannot speak highly enough of the team at this Goodyear location. My father has been taking our vehicles to them for several years now, probably a decade, if not longer. I have a Chevy Trax which has had some issues over the years. Knowing I was a young broke girl in my early 20s, they charged me fairly and did what they could to help me out. Recently, I brought my vehicle in with a check engine light for a diagnosis. They said after inspecting the vehicle, it would require a lot more time & effort to fully diagnose & it may be best to look into other vehicle options. However, they ended up spending a considerable amount of time looking into recalls & warranties. They were able to inform me that my engine was under an extended warranty, fully covered by the dealer! They even reduced the diagnostic fee for me since they couldn’t be of more help.
Harrison spent the time to clearly explain all my options, and Danny was a great help with the actual assessment.”

“My mom actually recommended this place. I made an appointment on Tuesday and they got me in on Friday, unheard of these days. Dropped it off in the morning and they had it finished by early afternoon, and that was replacing 2/3 of the exhaust, doing rear brakes, an inspection and an oil change! Very friendly too. The workers do a great job on my vehicle every time Aaron, the manager on Lake and lyell ave that’s the place I go to The workers and management are always friendly and polite, and if the price is too high they try to work with you and give you as much as a discount as they can but they definitely make sure your car is safe when you leave them here whether or not it’s something that they can’t fix here but they tell you you need to get this fixed So your vehicle will be safe. They pretty much overall are able to do a lot of different things and work on your vehicle but overall they definitely always recommend if you need something else done or definitely make sure your vehicle is safe for you. I always get excellent service.”
