Horrible experience. Went in for a new phone case and screen protector. Employee applied screen protector on on phone before telling me it was a privacy screen, he never asked if I wanted a privacy screen he also gave me no other option. I Absolutely do not want a privacy screen protector (I often use my phone to watch stuff with other people)but because the screen protector was already on my screen, I accepted it because I thought it wouldn't otherwise affect my phone. I later discovered that the screen protector has made my front facing camera for, practical purposes, unusable, the image is very blurry. I called the store to report the issue I was having. Manager was very rude and dismissive, he spent most of the conversation gaslighting me, trying to convince me that I had damaged my phone. Eventually he conceded that the issue is the screen protector, but that that this was still my fault because I didn't stop him from putting it on my phone(again he did not tell my it was a privacy screen protector until after it was installed, he also told me it would not otherwise affect my phone). He made a point of letting me know that it is against company policy to provide refunds or exchanges, but he said he'd 'do me a favor' and 'help me out' by putting in the correct screen protector. This individual has already installed a product on my phone that I did not want and without my permission, I simply do not trust him to touch my phone again. Also it's not 'doing someone a favor' when a place if business corrects mistakes made by its own employees.

i was in this location earlier and a man was in there trying to get help and witnessed an associate treat him absolutely horribly, she chimed into his conversation and was rude as hell!!! ive been there before where she's been rude and used disgusting language towards customers and her co-workers .. she's super unprofessional I ABSOLUTLY NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

Cricket has been a nightmare for me lately. It is affordable, but the service that got where I am living right now is pathetic. I never get a 100% signal. In some places, but not everywhere. I can't wait to get rid of cricket. I loose connection, people try to reach me and the calls go to the voice-mail directly. I am talking to people and they can't hear me. Either them or me break out. It is just horrible. I am just waiting to get my business a little bit more advanced in order to try something else but definitely not cricket.

Went in with cracked screen after only 4 months .instead of using the insurance to help me fix a 4 month old phone. Did an upgrade. Now they are charging me $8 a month for insurance I never use. Nice enough people but not happy about not informing me of options

Very bad customer service. Two Hispanic reps and they were only in tuned with the Hispanic customers. Very rude and only spoke in Spanish. Even when not assisting with service

Maria in Irondequoit helped my boyfriend get a new phone and all set up. She had a line of customers, was helping both my bf and another gentleman at the same time, and was pleasant, while multi-tasking with even a 3rd person in between all of us! She smiled the entire time!! Maria deserves a raise!!!

Went to store to port my phone over from metro pcs and start a 60 dollar plan as the advertisement said but was not the case after the young ladies boss left all of a sudden I have to buy a case and screen protector to be eligible for offer long story short I left and went back to metro and the sold me a new galaxy a02 for 110 dollars the exact same phone cricket is promoting but cost me 20 less cricket sucks Worst customer service everWill never go back

3 stores, different solutions, non worked.Day 2 received new phone at my expense,waited 30 mins on hold, NO HELP.CRICKET has gone from great to worst nightmare.If you're looking for wireless, keep looking.

Yesterday my old phone died suddenly and John quickly helped my find a new phone with the things I wanted at the best deal he could find. I was very impressed with his helpfulness, professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. He helped me feel confident in my phone choice, and he went the extra mile to set up many of my old apps and preferences. Thanks so much, John! :) There was another guy (didn't catch his name) assisting who also offered some great input and helped process the transaction quickly even though their computer temporarily crashed. Thanks also to him!
