I have always been impressed with the customer service at Enterprise car rentals. We dropped off the rental car and once in the airport my daughter realized she forgot her favorite shoes in the car. I went back to the booth and they quickly called to have someone bring the shoes back. Thank you! This is my most recent experience with their great service. The car was clean and ready for pick up when we arrived as well.

The VW in September only had a USB-C outlet which is the standard in Europe but I needed a regular USB connection. There were no other cars to lend me. I was about to head to Best Buy for an adapter when the garage manager, Joe Yacono, came running over waving a USB-C cord from his own car which he loaned me for the weekend. It was service above and beyond. I also want to praise the young man, Sylvester?, working behind the desk inside the airport. Extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I've had a lot of good experiences renting cars, but this stood out as one of the best. Thank you Enterprise for getting my stay in the Rochester area off to a good start.

While I reserved a specific vehicle for a guys camping trip (think 4 adults and gear) and it was not readily available, they worked with me to get me into the right one (an Expedition). During the trip, I discovered a leaky tire which needed periodic filling and a decent amount of damage to the passenger side pillar. Being the only driver, I didn’t discover the damage until filling up at the gas station a few days later. However, upon returning the vehicle, I asked Jordan to help review these findings, he noted both, emphatically expressed it was not my responsibility for either issue and worked to provide some relief for the hassle. This was above and beyond what I was expecting, and so, even though it was not a completely smooth experience, I was impressed how both agents handle themselves and the situation, thus earning 5 stars from me.

The car was great. The price was fair. Bit the check in experience could be more effecient. I used the app to pre check in but still had to wait in line with others who had not checked in. You need a system where those who check in in the app can go to the car more directly.

This was my first rental with Enterprise. I travel for work and rent cars on an almost weekly basis. I chose Enterprise due to a previous poor rental car experience with another rental car service. The service at Enterprise ROC International Airport was excellent to be quite honest. I cannot say enough good things about My Rep Nate. To start, I had an online reservation. Nate had me taken care of before I arrived at the counter. All I had to do was give him my name and the keys hit the counter. Nate was Professional, Courteous, Friendly and Helpful. Nate is the very embodiment of what it means to be a Customer Service Representative. Due to my experience with Nate I am a customer for life. Thank You Nate, Sincerely. I look forward to the Excellent service you provide!!!

Enjoyed driving the Nissan Rogue Enterprise furnished. It's "smarter" than my personal car, so it took some getting used to. Push button start and change lane protection, for example. Once I became adjusted to it, I had fun driving it and we felt safe. The one issue we had was there was no windshield washer fluid. When we reported it, we received a discount! Unexpected blessing! We drove the car for six days, and washed the windshield at service stations daily.

I tend to use Enterprise whenever I travel and my recent trip to Rochester was no exception. I love that they have their desk IN the airport, the check in is done mostly on line ahead of time so I’m in my rental within a few minutes and I can extend my rental online if I need to. They are very friendly and reliable.

The process was very quick and smooth. I entered all the information ahead of time on my Enterprise App and when we got to the Airport to pick up the car it was very quick and smooth! Dequan was our customer service agent and he did an outstanding job!

Going through enterprise for a rental car was such an easy process. I initially had went through hertz which was a horrible experience. Luckily i saw this location was open late which helped a lot for my situation. Nate at the counter was amazing to work with, like a breath of fresh air compared to what i dealt with prior at hertz. Communication was excellent. Very helpful staff on the customer service phone line as well, when i had a concern they fixed the issue immediately and had even followed up a few times to make sure i was completely satisfied. Definitely going to be renting through them for all my future travel plans.

I was not impressed with Enterprise this time around.The only cars available we small compact cars. I would have rented from National if they had cars available at this airport, sadly they did not.I am a Emerald Executive with National and am always satisfied with their car selection, and always get a free upgrade, not available with Enterprise.

I cannot recommend this Enterprise location enough! I go to Rochester regularly and this is is my 4th time renting a car from Enterprise at the Rochester Airport. As usual, the customer service was superb. They are always extremely helpful and efficient. A special thanks goes to Nate who got me exactly the car I wanted and went over all my options with me patiently. I wouldn't even consider renting from anywhere else.

Nate at the counter in Rochester was fast and efficient. Great transaction.Always love the employees of Enterprise!Thank you Nate for getting us on our way quickly and with a smile!The return in Charlotte was just as pleasant.I think it was Jose who quickly checked me in and was very helpful.Both great employees!!

We rented from the Rochester NY airport. Our car was nice and clean and we drove it quite a bit as we stayed in a rural area.One of the tires had a slow leak that I filled multiple times and when I let the young man at drop off know he gave me a discount. Great customer service!

I set up my car rental 6 weeks ahead of time. When I arrived, the service representative couldn't find my reservation. He was awesome though and got me set up with a better vehicle at a lower rate. So, kudos to him!When I returned the car, I dropped it off at the drop off point. The receipt was sent to my email. I was charged an extra $150 for things that I had not requested. I contacted Enterprise and they removed the extra charges.Thanks to the employee who got me the car. Thanks to the one who credited my account.All in all, the experience was good because of those employees.Always check your statement!Also, I had the opportunity to call customer service. It is not located in the US. The agent was polite and helpful. The problem was with me because of my hearing loss. I had trouble understanding him. I find that I struggle with hearing and understanding people with accents. It makes my life more difficult. I gave only four stars because of the lost reservation and the overcharge.

Enterprise is absolutely amazing at anyone of the branches Nate and James from the Rochester branch were lifesavers. The return service gal at the Syracuse airport branch was amazing & sweet enough to remove the large drop charge. I would also like to thank the gentleman that helped me at the the other Syracuse, Ny branch on Brewerton. He got us on the road after delta pushed our flight for the 3rd time I believe his name was Matt and last but not least the people at the bountiful Utah branch. So nice to us when we returned the car and again waived the drop fee. ENTERPRISE LOCATION EMPLOYEES ARE THE BEST!!! I will never rent from any other place thanks to the experiences your employees provided me with in a stressful time. I am completely blown away. Thanks to everyone
