They brought the car to and picked up from the repair shop so it was super convenient. Car was nice and I had no issues for the duration of the rental.

Horrible! horrible! Horrible! Seriously, I am talking like twilight zone levels of horrible here! Our insurance company arranged for us to have a car from Enterprise at 4111 W. Henrietta Rd. Rochester, NY 14623 after our car was totaled. When the 30 days of insurance coverage was up, Enterprise called us and asked if we still wanted the car, which we did because we are waiting for a new car to be delivered. We agreed to go private pay and they already had our credit card info, and they have since submitted charges on the credit card, which we have paid. For 2 months everything is fine, as far as we know. Then suddenly last week, they contact us multiple times, and when I call them, I'm told they dropped the ball and should have been in touch with us last month and they need to see the car to do some kind of inspection/service thing... Due to the nature of my job, the soonest I could take it to them was going to be this Saturday, and we agreed that I would do so. Nothing was said about this being some kind of life-ending, dire emergency... ...but, apparently, it was, because today, with no advance notice whatsoever, they came to my office and took the car away. When I asked one of the guys what I was supposed to do, he said I could go to their office and start a new contract with a new car but that the car that we had had was not going to be available for anyone and would not be on the road. WtF? WtActualFingF????? Clearly, there is something strange, about which we have not been told, going on with the vehicle. But, no matter what that might be, I honestly cannot even begin to come up with any kind of logical explanation for Enterprise's behavior in this situation. It is so lacking in professionalism and anything even vaguely resembling good customer care or even simple decency, honesty and consideration that it truly boggles the mind. Please just do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. P.S. 1 star is 1.5 stars too many!

This has been my best experience with rental car places. The young man Tahj was very flexible, professional, and understanding of my needs. I will highly recommend Enterprise to my family and friends for any future car rental needs!

I travel for work and rent vehicles grom Enterprise from time to time. The quality and availability of decent vehicles at the West Henrietta Rd. location in Rochester is poor. I work for NYS and we can only rent compact or economy vehicles, so I do not expect the cars to be fancy by any means. However, I do expect them to be clean and in acceptable condition for a business trip. The past 2 rentals have been embarrassing to have my co-workers see. My colleagues rent in different cities and they always have clean, undamaged cars to drive. The same is true when I rent in Key West when I am on vacation. The vehicles are in good condition. But the vehicles I have received from the West Henrietta Rd. location should not even be in the pool because they are so damaged. This is a new issue in 2023, as I did not have these problems in years prior. One car I received had cigarette burns all over the back seat, huge scratches in the fabric on the back of the front seats, and filthy interior of the back doors. I took pics of the damage and dirt, which the management declined to view. I was promised a decent vehicle the next time I rented. Well, the vehicle was slightly better, but not by much. It had quite a few large scratches on the exterior, a missing face plate on the gas cap, and purple paint on the back seat. The staff turnover is so quick that I hardly ever see a person I know from a previous rental experience. To be fair, the company only charged half for the vehicle with the cigarette burns, but that doesn't really impact me because my employer pays for the rentals. I never had to look in the back seat before when doing a walk-around because the vehicles had always been in acceptable condition, but this year is a different story. Even when the staff person and I have seen issues during the walk-around, they just say that the issue is noted (like the purple paint in the back seat) but do not seem embarrassed and do not offer a different vehicle. I have to rent from the nearest Enterprise location, per our travel policy, so I am unable to try another location. I gave up on Enterprise and have been driving my own vehicle, a 2006 P.T. Cruiser with a bit of rust and a couple of dings, but it still looks way better than the last 2 rentals I had. Those cars looked like I picked up a couple of jallopies from Sanford and Son. I cannot recommend the West Henrietta Rd. location, but would recommend the Brighton, Canandaigua and Auburn, NY locations based on my colleaugues' rentals. And I highly recommend both Key West locations.

I had the rental car for over a month and really appreciated being able to keep the same car the entire time and extend my rental period over the phone! The staff was very friendly and helpful over the phone as well as in person. Matt set me up with the rental and also helped when I was returning it, his customer service skills are phenomenal and working with him was overall a great experience!

To what has been a huge inconvenience with my car that was hit in my parking area at my house. GEICO is the insurance of the person that hit my car. GEICO is by far the worst insurance company to deal with. I have been jerked around since Sunday by them. Sadly poor Enterprise was on the receiving end on my stressed self today. The guys at the West Henrietta location Andy(saint) for putting up with my frustration and Joe, as well Dan. I was being a "Karen" and rightfully so but to the wrong people. Guys thank you for helping me to get a vehicle to drive and delivering it to me at work today. I can now take a deep breath to know that I will be able to get to my nephews wedding out of town this Friday. Thank you! thank you! and thank you! again guys for doing what you did and being AWESOME when I wasn't deserving.

All I can say is the whole staff is incompetent! Rude … Taj extremely rude… nobody knows anything. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. They give you wrong information. They put you on hold with hopes you will hang up and not call back. I will never rent from enterprise again…. This use to be the only place I ever rented from. They lost a customer !!!
