The driver who delivered my order was amazing! He brought in my order to the front porch and helped me carry it. Very funny and charismatic fella.
Package was a day late and had some damage to the box, but not the items inside.

I have worked with Estes for 10 plus years. They are excellent people in Rochester. They will work with you with anything, whether it be claims or tracking. Sales Rep, customer service, and dispatch are A1 in my book!
