“I just dropped off my package there for shipment, and I was given good customer service! The person I worked with was no stranger to hospitality. I asked for a paper and pen as I didn't have the shipment address written down on a paper. He didn't acquiesce like some people at the busy shipping locations would.The interior was inviting, and the scent in the air was from an incense. Don't let the store front fools you, and parking is plentiful. I came here as it's the nearest shipping facility, and I'd definitely come back again for the convenience and to support this local business. Every time I go to a FedEx store, there's always a long line or the employee's not at the register, still dealing with the printing stuff or other packages.”

“Overall experience was good. Juan was my driver/deliverer. He attempted to deliver my elliptical (452 pounds) and it was on a skid and became stuck on the liftgate. He had to come back the next day to attempt again. It was placed on another skid and he was able to successfully deliver it safely off the truck. I don't know who put it on the skid, the seller or the shipping company but it wasn't properly assembled. Overall I recommend this company but use your judgement and take a risk. Personally I think they're understaffed and could be difficult to get heavy things off their trucks. Less was super nice, he offered assurance that my item will be delivered safely. Which it was, I just think their drivers are understaffed, underpaid and don't have enough training.”

Trustworthy with their commitment to good service and great products. I needed good quality notecard size flyers asap and I went in on a Friday night before closing and the order was ready for me by 9AM. They helped me with my file in person at the counter, and it was a great experience.”

“I just got finished dropping off a large and heavy box as a return to FedEx. DeDe was GREAT! I called first and she indicated that someone would help me get this out of my car as it was heavy. When I arrived, DeDe came out herself (she couldn't weigh more than 100 lbs soaking wet) and helped me lift the box and complete the return. Excellent customer service and an employee who should be rewarded as she makes you want to come back as a customer!!! Thanks, DeDe!”

“Staples is a good place to shop for office stuff & things. Things you might need to distract yrself from doing "work", of stuff you might need to actually work. Paper & cardboard is also sold here, along w/ cheap & expensive chairs, computers, networking things, & stuff FOR the computer...memory chips, adapters, & the like. It's a neat store to kill time in, too...if you like that sort of thing...”

“The employees who work at this location are so kind, helpful, and patient. They are lovely every time I drop off labeled packages or have a return. The new (younger male) worker is not as friendly and knowledgeable yet, but I assume that is due to being new!Personally, I recommend purchasing labels at home, or through a selling platform. The workers have no say- the prices will be higher in store than with e-commerce discounts. To be fair to negative reviewers, the prices in person can be quite high! The workers cannot adjust or change the shipping prices, and they have wonderful customer service.”

“I wish I caught the name of the woman who helped me today, around 2pm on 1/15. If not for her, I would have been scammed badly. I was selling my laptop and was told by a fake eBay confirmation email to go overnight ship my laptop at Fedex. I can't believe I almost fell for that, but the worker today instead of blindly scanning my box and sending it on its way she said something seemed fishy. I explained my instructions but let her know I was honestly confused and haven't done this before. She suggested I call ebay customer support, who informed me I was being scammed. If not for that worker taking a second to stop and give her thoughts, I would have been scammed out of $1400. I want to thank her and send her a venmo. Scams are getting really advanced nowadays so everyone should slow down and be careful. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!”

“We came here for our TSA precheck interviews, and it was very easy. My husband and I scheduled back to back interviews, so we went together. There were people there ahead of us who must have been the appointment before us. It probably takes like 15 minutes. It's more getting your info than an interview. I'd definitely recommend doing it here. Plenty of parking, too.”

“I visited the UPS Store #0363 twice this week.at 2117 Buffalo Road Rochester, NY 14624. On 12/21 I had an Amazon return and on 12/22 I shipped a package. I dealt with an employee named Devon. Devon was very efficient with my return and the next day he helped me with shipping a package.Devon had a great personality and was very efficient with completing my return and shipping the package. “Will provided the best customer service and help I've witnessed ever. He was very quick and efficient the entire process. He offered me a cardboard package instead of paper that I selected making it better reinforced. He explained shipping dates, rates and confirmed all of the information. He was polite with all the customers and had a very friendly attitude with his coworkers also. Will offered me stamps and passport help also which I didn't know the USPS offered. This guy deserves a huge pat on the back. He should be a corporate trainer for customer service. Amazing.
