Had an appointment at 11AM… it’s now 12PM and I’m just being seen. These people desperately need workers but overwork and underpay the staff they do have so I see why no one applies and their turnover rate is high. It’s ridiculous.

I went in for an oil change today and they stripped the bolt and blamed the previous place I took it. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !

I tried to put in a coupon for the oil change package. And when I would choose use coupon it sent me straight to booking page. And i booked it then went to change the oil. Then aftee everything was done i asked if coupon was added they said no. 🤷♂️

I do not recommend this Firestone. I brought my truck in for an alignment and Brandon lied saying he did it when he never brought my truck in. When I came back to tell him my truck was never serviced he lied and said it was. Shortly after I told him my cameras did not show me that he serviced it he could no longer hide his lies and ironically the printer was out of ink that day. I have been in touch with Firestone Headquarters and this issue will be resolved very soon.

I told them over the phone what I needed and the troubleshooting i did and what was already prepared. Pointing out that it's most likely a head gasket. Said yea sure bring it down.. got down there with my limping car and was told they couldn't do that.. why wasn't I told over the phone? Are they afraid to do a head gasket

I don't know WHAT happened after Richard left the Dewey Ave Shop but it is ridiculous now. NEVER again will I go to that one!!!!!!! I AM blonde, I AM female, but I and NOT a stupid blonde female!!!!
My 18 year old great nephew does better work!!!
