“Major shout out to the guys at this auto shop for dealing with me today as I spastically sped into the parking lot with a suddenly deflating tire straight off of 490 without an appointment (or a single brain cell) rushing through barely a coherent statement with a very uncool and panicky voice. They were able to patch my tire on the spot while juggling rush hour gas pumping and ACTUAL customers/calls. They did this very inexpensively and truly made my manic Monday end well. I would go back for work there for sure and definitely recommend them now.”
“On a recent trip to Rochester NY from Tucson AZ my check engine light came in. I stopped at an Auto Zone to check out the code. I was told it was a fuel sensor and could safely continue my trip. On arrival at my sons in Rochester I ask him to take me to his mechanic. He took me to Browncroft Service Center. I spoke to Bob and told him the problem and that the engine was also using oil every day. He check out the car thoroughly and fixed the sensor problem. He also found a crack in the oil pan that was causing the oil usage. I told him to do what was needed to correct the problems. Bob kept me informed as to what they were doing and how much it would cost throughout the whole process. He promised the car back the next day and kept his promise. He was courteous and professional throughout this time. We left Rochester soon after and returned home to Tucson. I didn't need to put any oil in the car until we got home after 2500 miles and then less than a quart. A big thanks to Bob and the mechanics at Browncroft Service Center for a job well done. I would go back there any time I'm in Rochester.”

“When I picked up my car from Delta Sonic today, I was completely floored. My car is 11 years old and when I picked it up it looked like it could have been on the showroom floor. It literally looked like no one had sat in it yet, let alone my doggo for the last 3 years. UB detailed my car with such care, did a complete walk-through with me as I was just blown away by how beautiful my car (Zelda) was shining. Floor mats looked factory direct. No dog hair and no NY salt on the carpets. Thank you UB and DS!!”

“Had a gift card for KwikFill that I inherited and didn’t know whether it still had anything on it - I tried to use it inside for gas, but the card reader didn’t recognize it, so I assumed it was trash. The employee working inside actually called to check whether it still had anything on it—it did—and he was going to come outside to tell me and give it back to me before I left. Absolutely above and beyond customer service that was very much appreciated. Thank you to the person working here right now, I hope you get some recognition for this because you deserve it.”

“As of 07/19/2022 they have cheapest gas in the gates/chili area so far...$4.45 and $0.10 off/gallon if you pay with cash. On the corner of Coldwater and Buffalo road across from the fire station. Also the staff is great here!”

“Employees are "Great" and very professional/Respectful.The gas isn't watered dwn as i can tell because my vehicle doesn't jerk and stall like when i get gas at certain other stations,if this happens after you get gas,don't panic walk to a store or auto store and buy a bottle of dry gas,pour into gas tank,wait 2-min and car will start and dry gas obsorbs the water in gas tank.”
“I have been an enthusiastic customer for five years. Courtesy is well named, and if it had a second name, it would be Competence. All diagnostics and repairs have been wholly satisfactory and honest and well explained. Nice staff, and they maintain their lot nicely too so it’s pleasant for neighbors to walk by, especially in spring when the daffodils in the corner plot come up.”

“Good luck if you want chicken, it might be 5 stars or it might suck, it depends how fresh it is. The chicken is really good when its fresh, I'd eat it every day. The problem is that its never fresh, it's usually tough and hard like it's been there for 5 hours. I think they make a huge batch a few times a day and it just dries out under the heat lamps in between. It's a shame how bad that good chicken gets”

“Everybody needs Byrne dairy. Sure the snacks are way overpriced, but let's face it, that's not what Byrne Dairy is about. The gasoline is pretty good at reasonable prices but really the star of the show here is the deli counter where they make fresh sandwiches with freshly sliced meat and really crisp vegetables. The pizza is the best in the region. Don't laugh. Yes it's gas station pizza but they make it here and it's awesome. Staff is always friendly and nice. And ice cream is amazing and we dream about it. And eat it.”
